1 and 2 Timothy and Titus for Everyone: 20th Anniversary Edition with Study Guide

Rate this book
N. T. Wright illustrates Paul’s personal Pastoral Letters to Timothy and Titus, offering practical church guidance and theological insights and focusing on the letters’ contemporary relevance and content.
The Pastoral Letters, unlike Paul’s other writings to entire churches, are intimate correspondences to two to Timothy and one to Titus. They provide practical guidance for local churches and their leaders while offering theological insights into Jesus and the gospel. Wright’s focus in this book is the letters’ content and its relevance today.
The biblical text is thoughtfully divided into easily manageable sections, ensuring accessibility for readers of all backgrounds. As you engage with this ancient narrative, you’ll discover its timeless resonance with the spiritual quests of today’s readers, whether they are newcomers or seasoned followers of Jesus.
This expanded edition includes Wright’s updated translation of the biblical text, supplemented by a new introduction and a dynamic study guide tailored for both group study sessions and individual contemplation. The inclusion of helpful summaries and thought-provoking questions makes 1 and 2 Timothy and Titus for Everyone an ideal companion for those seeking to explore the New Testament with fresh enthusiasm and profound insights.
