Absolutely brilliant full of tension and suspense.
On the eve of war Reyes has to train a group of gloyners to pilot a mech. But first she has to defeat plitred and unstoppable killing machine.
Sparks and Greeta are trying to get back to Flanterian before war breaks out. Faz is in the city with a group mapping the enemy positions. So 3 storylines keeps the pace rapid definitely recommend.

Summary:
The war for Flanterian’s freedom is about to commence leaving Reyes, Sparks and their friends in the middle of it. Sparks and Reyes were forced to go on separate missions both equally dangerous. Sparks and Reyes was used by the Ringdell Group in the past ans they are determined to correct the wrongs in the past protecting the planet and everyone on it from whatever the Ringdell Group has in store for them. Sparks remains off world trying to obtain intell and find a way back to Flanterian before war breaks out. Reyes is tasked to overcome Piltred, an alien who has destroyed much of the planet and train the remaining people for the overwhelming odds in the coming war.

This is an incredible space saga pitting a small group of freedom fighters against what most would assume is impossible odds. But Sparks and Reyes have overcome more with less and they won’t give up as long as they breath. I will be waiting to see what happens next.

And the heat is on as war is about to be waged on Flanterian in a few hours. The Ringdell Group and their General Cornelius Capernicus were set on wiping the whole planet out so they could continue to steal their resource of Starinium. Reyes together with Faz Went, Frayalt and General Lorgantic were already on Flanterian and they took it upon themselves to train the Gloyners and Hadounds, who had no idea how to face a war. Furthermore Reyes was meant to take out Piltred, the monster who'd been wreaking havoc on Flanterian for so long, coming finally head to head with him. She could have killed him, but decided to incarcerate him instead, and this decision made her very unpopular with the local population especially Fryalt. Meantime Sparks was with Hat, Squiltantor, Greeta and Shalk who was being such a pain in the arse all throughout their mission of data collecting. He was particularly angry at Greeta, so she kept away from the group, but still carried out her own mission. This book is full of hope, and anxiety as we wait for the war to unleash on those so ill prepared to face what was coming. Our group of friends meet up before time was up, however Greeta is missing and the book ends on such a massive cliffhanger. I cannot wait to read part two of this very tense part of this amazing space opera where I guess everything will come to a head!

This episode continued with non-stop action, filled with overwhelming odds and continual setbacks. While Sparks, Greeta and Shalk are delayed by a Ringdale Group blockade of Flantarian, Reyes is facing an impossible mission. She has to face Piltred, a monstrous bully, in a strange battle which yielded an even stranger outcome. She then has six hours to train a group of untrainable gloyners, who have no respect for her. I was totally caught up through all the twists and turns, turning pages way past bedtime. I thoroughly enjoy this series, and am eager to read more.
