What a crazy ride this book was. From the very first page it was go, go, go and it did not stop. Loved reading London and Callan’s story and as we progressed it just got better and better. An older man have feelings for his daughter’s best friend but Callan was still very young and him and London were just so suited to each other. Although there was a tiny bit of drama it did not interfere with the story it was actually the beginning of the relationship between Callan and London. Loved all the characters and the story was very interesting and it held your attention because it had depth to it with lots of steam. This is book one in this series and I am excited to be able to read more from these characters. Cannot wait.

Their Explosive Connection -
Callan and London had always had an intense relationship, that always led to arguments every time they were around each each, but Callan’s daughter who was London’s best friend always intervened to calm them both. However, neither one of them was prepared to acknowledge the true reason why they always clashed. That is until London found herself in trouble because of her brother and Callan stepped in to rescue her, but the resolution of her rescue led to them engaging in a steamy sexual encounter that satiated their wanton desires.

Unfortunately, their apprehension about embarking on a relationship and lack of communicating what they each wanted, caused them to intentionally stay away from each other. This made their lives a lot more difficult, as they craved each other, but a few words from a wise old lady gave them the push they both needed to pursue a relationship. The first time together was unexpected and under duress, but getting to explore their desires and getting the happy life they both deserved after, made everything they went through truly worthwhile.

This was a really fantastic read, that had me totally hooked from the first page until the end. I felt emotional at times and it made me want to hug London, but I also wanted to shake her so she can start putting herself first. I really enjoyed reading it and I will be happy to recommend it to any avid romance reader.

In typical Alexia fashion, the main characters of this book were awesome. Callen is a single father who devoted his whole life to his business and raising his infant daughter (Henley). Well, she's now 21, in college, and her best friend, London (20) is an independant, feisty, opinionated, dedicated and intelligent young lady, who happens to heroworship her brother Jared (not that she should). The twist, Callen and London can't be in the same room without getting under eachother's skin. He pushes her away, and she pushes right back (for no reason except its her nature). Everything he says is perceived as a derogatory statement, even innocuous comments.

There's got to be more to the story between these two people (and it's driving Henley insane). Will Callen and London ever come to a meeting of the minds (or any other part of their anatomies 😉)? You don't want to miss out on reading their story! I greatfully accepted an ARC of this book and am voluntarily providing this review. I hope it helps in your title search. Happy Reading Y'all 📚

In this best friends/forbidden dad story, London is girl from the wrong side of the tracks who has been smitten by her best friend's dad, Callan for years...but London's a poor nobody who works three jobs to maintain her scholarship, has a jewel of a grandmother she would do anything for and a slacker brother who is addicted to drugs and running with a criminal organization...Callan thinks she's a bad influence on his daughter Henley...or does he??? When her grandmother's house burns with no insurance and nowhere to turn except for one of her brother's nefarious plans...Callan is there...but you will need to read the story to see what happens...I voluntarily read this book through an Advanced Reader Copy.

A lot of people use anger or dismissive attitudes to cover up feelings. Callan is no exception as he tries to hide his growing desire for London but I feel like it’s an extreme and could have done with out so much if it. London is call and daughters best friend and her teen crush has grown into a very adult desire. After over hearing some of his preferred desires she delves into the darker side of spice to learn about it and realizes she is very much intrigued. A very twisted turn of events changes their lives course and this is where the book gets good. This age gap, sub/dom book is heated and fast paced and a fun read!

It’s a good book and I liked the fmc and the mmc. The reason this isn’t a 5 is because no where is it mentioned there is a mfm scene. Those don’t bother me but the fact that Callan freaks out when guys look at her but then is okay sharing her 🤔 I mean there at multiple scenes he is pissed that guys are looking at her but then is like hey ya I will share you with my brother like wtf?

Callan is a successful Kansas City businessman who is currently working with Jax and his partners.
He’s not been in a relationship for 21 years since his ex, but he and his brother Andrew enjoy their visits to Club N9ne. Andrew’s also been bitten in the past so he and Callan have a lot in common as well as the business they run together.
London works three different jobs to help pay to keep a roof over her and her Gram’s head, while she gets herself through college. But no matter when she starts to make headway, her junkie brother Jared turns up with new excuses and men that will hurt him if he doesn’t pay up. She always stands by him, to her detriment for the most part. But he’s her brother.
London has been attracted to Callan for years. It had started out as a teenage crush but as she got older, she and Henley overheard a conversation about a kink scene that he and his brother had taken part in. She’s been sexually frustrated and even more attracted to Callan ever since.
She’s still a virgin but has experimented with a few different boys.
But London and Callan argue and bicker whenever they’re together. They’re like fire and ice.
Ironically Callan is as smitten with London as she is him. Everyone can see it except them, so when they eventually give in to their feelings, no one is really surprised. Not even Henley.
What they don’t realise is that it’s going to be Jared’s biggest mistake yet that finally seals the deal…
This was another thoroughly enjoyable read set in Kansas City.
Jax and Leo really open Callan’s eyes to what he’s missing out on by being so bullheaded, but London doesn’t make things easy for him. Superb.

London and Henley are best friends for forever, but they come from two very different worlds, London has to scrounge for everything that she has with no parents worth mentioning she has lived with her grandmother who took her and her brother in when they were in need and Henley has the best of everything and a father that adores her. Callan is and has always been her dream man but when he looks at her all he can see is a bug that should be crushed beneath his very expensive Italian shoes, or that is exactly how it feels when he talks and looks at her. But when her brother Jared gets in trouble and Callan comes to her rescue it sets off a sequence of events, she had dreamed of but never thought would be possible. Can London trust that what has happened between her, and Callan is the real thing or is she just a convenient body, especially with their past and will her love for Callan cost her more than just her heart, will it cost her, her best friend as well and leave her with even less than she had before?

Callan has been fighting feelings for London for years, she is off limits in every way especially with her being his only daughter’s best friend, but London comes from a part of town that he would rather not think about, his feelings for her had been easier to deny when she was younger but now that she is a woman that catches his breathe each time that he sees her, but London is nothing like the women that he would normally go for especially with his sexual tastes. But when he discovers that she is in trouble and about to repay here brother’s debts in a way that he has imagined a million times over he knows he will do whatever it takes to keep her safe. But will Callan be able to let London go when all is said and done, is he willing to risk his heart for something that only sees as being forbidden or will he lose the woman that truly loves him as he is leaving hm more alone than he has ever been before?

This is a book that I really loved from beginning to end, London has to be one of My favourites all time female main characters she was so so strong and had the gumption to stand up to the men in her life that looked down on her no matter what. There were times that I just wanted to hug her and kick Callan in the shins. Its simply a great super steamy gripping read that I could not stop reading. 5 SERIOUSLY HOT *’S.

This is the 1st book in the A Sinfully Wicked Games Billionaire series featuring Callan and London's fast-paced age-gap, best-friend's father romance. London is best-friend's with Callan's daughter Henley and she's had feelings for him for quite some time. London works really hard to succeed in her life and to support her grandmother who she would do anything for however her brother's into drugs and hangs out with criminals. Callan is an alpha male who is fighting against his own feelings really hard he wants London but he doesn't want to lose his daughter Henley over it so he treats her very harshly. Callan's solution is to keep pushing London away like when he kicked her out of a party in his honor. London was so angry and humiliated when Callan kicked her out of the party it shouldn't even matter they're from 2 different worlds but it matters to London a lot. When her grandmother's house burns down and there's no insurance the only place that London has to turn is her criminal brother until Callan appears. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this fast-paced age-gap, best-friend's father romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

Into the Woods

There's an inferno burning inside me! 🔥 This book is so hot! 🔥 It's as if Alexia wormed into some of my dirtiest fantasies and made an entire story for them. There's primal action, funishments, voyeurism, big age-gap, and more fun throughout this.

Yes, Callan Tennison is completely over-the-top when it comes to his possessiveness and overall obsession with London Aurora Kensington. Occasionally, it's a bit much, but I found it entertaining most of the time.

I love the friction and her backbone. It keeps things grounded, that is before it ignites the sparks that fly between them. I also love how everyone around them sees their attraction long before their willing to admit it. The reactions of their loved ones are fantastic!

I didn't want this to end as I had so much fun with these two, even when they were completely ridiculous.

There is a timeline discrepancy with regards to London's birthday, but that's the biggest thing that jumped out at me.

Callan's treatment of London is appalling. The way he dismissed and insulted her at every turn, ticked me off. No one has the right to speak to someone like that and she is his daughter's best friend. Unacceptable. London's posturing as an independent, hardworking and resourceful young woman gets questionable when she acts immaturely and defiant. Callan and London's antagonistic approach to foreplay is annoying.

To break this merry go round of insanity, it takes the most outrageous turn of events to put Callan and London on a different course. Luckily, the story picks up from here and they figure out some of their relationship goals. It isn't always a smooth road, but it is much better than it was.

This age gap romance has an intriguing storyline that involves money, sex and family that will keep you curious as to how everything will play out and how will they make it to a happy ending.

I was hooked from the blurb!!

Within the first chapter, I loved London, the FMC. She is a fiesty, tell-it-like-is, unbelievably strong, 20 year old. She will do anything for those she loves. I enjoyed her relationship with Henley, her BFF, throughout the book. They have a true and deep friendship that had me smiling with their dialog. Callan, the MMC,...whew, he was HOOOTTTT!!!! He is commanding, thoughtful, controlling (in all the right ways), and his dirty mouth is chef's kiss. He has not been in a relationship in over 20 years and has been raising his daughter Henley as a single father.
I did feel like I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. There were a few spots of light conflict for the couple, however overall they had an easy relationship. I think I was waiting for something/someone to reappear from the club and cause issues. ( trying to be vague and not spoil anything)
Overall, I greatly enjoyed Catch Me, and I have read several books by Alexia Chase.

Sucked in right from the start with this age-gap, best friends father romance.
London is a great female lead character she's young just about to turn 21. She's strong, loyal, driven, and hurting. She's had to grow up way to fast and right now she's doing her best to survive and take care of her Gram. Her one distraction her unhealthy crush on her best friend's dad.
Callan your classic Alpha, but also a great Dad to London's bestie Henley. He runs a successful company, has more money then he could ever need, he's close to his family and has friends. But he's damaged when it comes to relationships. But lately a certain young woman just won't leave his thoughts.
These two do everything possible to fight their feelings while everyone else watches them torture themselves and I enjoyed every word written!
I enjoyed the banter, teasing, and ribbing. Even between Callan and his mom and daughter.

OMG! This book has a great storyline and is steaming hot. I did not want this story to end, and I am going to eagerly await the next one in the series which I hope is the brother's story. Warning: This book contains primal scenes and punishment, but it is all consensual. She's his daughter's best friend and he has been denying his attraction to her for two years. In fact, she thinks he hates her. She has lusted for him for years and especially after she and his daughter overhear a conversation that they shouldn't. The sparks between these two is off the charts. I loved the family dynamics in this book that involved his parents, brother, daughter and nephew and her grandmother. The heroine's brother is a bit of a mess, but I must say that I am not sure if they would have gotten together without him. You might want to read this when no one is around and have a fan and cold drink nearby.

Addictive, steamy age-gap romance. I enjoyed this story of feisty student London & her best friend’s hunky dad, Callan. I liked the fact that the chemistry between them is obvious from the start; London thinks that Callan hates her and considers her a nuisance when nothing could be further from the truth! I really liked that the story is told from dual pov so the reader gets both ‘sides’ of the story and the interactions between the main characters. There is a great deal of steam when the dynamic between the two erupts into passion. I loved the story, especially the HEA; my only hesitation in giving 5* was I felt some of the BDSM aspects of their relationship were a little excessive (especially the scene in the woods) detracting from the narrative in some places. Nevertheless a good, sexy read – warning if you like your romance sweet & clean - this is definitely NOT the one for you!

This is book one in the A Sinfully Wicked Games series. We are off to a great start with Callen and London. This is an age gap story with the added complication that London is Callen's daughter, Henley, best friend. Callen is the wealthy business man but he is finishing that all the money in the world will not solve all of life's complications. London is the 'wring side of the tracks' girl compared to her bestfriend, Henley but they click perfectly. London lives with her grandma, works three jobs and goes to college. She is too busy for relationships. The only one she would like to be better is the one with Henley's father, Callen. He is always so disapproving towards her. A great story with lots of steam and spice that kept me turning the pages. Enjoy!.

I love me some Alexia Chase, and pretty much one-click anything she brings out.
Callan and London (as with all AC’s characters) are relatable and engaging, they just can’t be anywhere near each other or sparks fly. Their fiery exchanges hide their forbidden feelings, neither realising those feelings are reciprocated.
Strong wit, humour, great friendships, some family drama, emotional scenes, some twists, steamy interactions (with a slice of kink) and a great HEA.
I really enjoyed it and the way their relationship turned a corner when she was in trouble was perfect.
Looking forward to more in this new series.

London will do anything for her family which includes working multiple jobs to support her grandmother and trying to help her brother even though he doesn’t appreciate it. She has had feelings for her best friend’s father for a while but after the way he has treated her she didn’t expect him to be there for her when she needed someone the most.

For years Callan has focused on being the best father he can and keeping his relationship with women casual. He has been denying his feelings for London by pushing her away with harsh treatment but when she needs help, he knows that he can no longer fight this battle.

London has always known who she wanted and even though there was some turmoil along the way I enjoyed seeing Callan realize it as well.

Fabulous, Forbidden and so very Gratifying

I have loved reading Alexia Chase's books since I first discovered her several years ago. Catch Me is the first book in her new A Sinfully Wicked Games Billionaire series and I have fallen in love all over again. The writing is spot on, the story-telling is bewitching as it enchants and fascinates the more you read, the characters are robustly developed and it all makes for a fantastic reading experience. The story is a forbidden romance between an older man and younger woman, who just so happens to be his daughter's best friend. But London and Callan make a fantastic pair as they dance around each other and their feelings until they are in perfect step together, dancing the love dance into their future together.

Ms. Chase establishes the love hate relationship between London and her best friend's father Callan, right from the start, and sucks you into the story of this young, feisty, strongly independent woman, who pushes all of Callan's buttons resulting in his behaviour leaving her thinking her crush hates her, when really, he's frustrated wanting her so badly.
It's entertaining to watch them dance around each other with the witty dialogue and soaring tension all while London's life crumbles around her.
It takes an extreme event to bring them together but once they get there, all that love hate foreplay explodes into hot and steamy sex, scenes Ms. Chase is a master at writing.

Wow!
London & Callen's story was so full on it was addictive & I had to force myself to stop reading to go to bed. There was a lot of will they won't they, both have the same feelings for each other but think the other hates them & there is a lot of emotional pain for London that you just want to take her away to a safe place & hug the pain away. We see a lot of steam, dark scenes, drama, sass, wonderful friendship that can only get better.
I cannot recommend this book enough but just a warning to have the tissues handy.

Holy hotness! This book! I love this author and she NEVER fails to bring the heat and surprise me. Callan and London are so stubborn, and attracted to each other. Everyone knows it, but they won’t acknowledge it. His daughter, Henley and London are best friends. London is very inexperienced with men, somehow Callan knows this and it drives him crazy! He frequents sex club and likes dark, dominant role play and somehow London knows this. When they come together, it is combustible! The push and pul leading up, set a perfect backdrop for their future. I absolutely loved this book, the heat, steam, give and take, the other relationships all worked so well!

I absolutely loved reading this book about Callan who is London’s best friend’s father, London has been in love with Callan for as long as she can remember, and Callan also reciprocates the same feelings, but won’t let himself fall for her, now she is twenty one and all bets are off. You will absolutely love this story and laugh hilariously at the way they are trying to keep their secret from other people. But eventually love wins out and they have a happily ever after.

There were parts of this story that weren't my cup of tea, but the parts that were helped to balance it out for me. I didn't always agree with behaviour and actions in this, but I felt to some extent I understood why, which helped me to connect to the characters involved in that moment. This story is packed with different relationships, different experiences, light and dark, twists and turns, passion, chemistry and love.

Callan wants his London, his daughter's best friend but she is completely off limits for several reasons. And she would never be interested in an older man. London has wanted Callan for years, but he is her best friend's father, and definitely off limits, it doesn't help that he talks down to her whenever he can. Callan finds London tempting, although he know he shouldn't, so he keeps her at a distance with harsh words. Will they fall into temptation? What will the cost be? I enjoyed London and Callan's forbidden love story, with it's scorching scenes, drama/angst, and danger. Her brother is a bit of a jerk for some of his decisions.

Another brilliant book by Alexia Chase. This book is about London and Callan. London is a college student, from the wrong side of the tracks, trying to better her life for her and her grandma. Callan is London best friends father. This book is an older man, younger woman romance. It has some very hot and steamy scenes, some BDSM and some mfm scenes too. It was an addictive read that I couldn’t put down. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.

I know what I know, and I like what I like. It had some family drama development, it had an age gap (best friends father and a billionaire it's like my 2 guilty pleasure tropes had a baby book), the spice was impecable. The writing style and passing wasn't exactly what I'm used to, a tad more grungy feeling, however it had all my usual musts. The resolution to the famiyl dynamic issue was maybe a bit rushed and easily overcome, but let's be honest that's not what I was there fore, so I was kinda happy about it.

She has grown out of her teenage crush into an all out adult love. She hears him talking bout the dark side of his tastes and she decides to check it out. This is where they get into the wants of both and the push and pull. Loved this book.
