Demystifying Life Insurance as a Wealth-Building Tool
This book is a groundbreaking guide that sheds light on the often-overlooked financial potential of life insurance. The author expertly navigates the complexities of using life insurance as a strategic tool for creating tax-free wealth. This book is a must-read for anyone seeking to understand and leverage life insurance for long-term financial security and prosperity.
This book is short, but it should be 80% shorter. It is filled with repetitive and not relevant stuff. The gist is that author advocates for permanent life insurance, especially emphasizing the cash value of such insurance and how it could be used. However, I didn't see mentioning that insurance company almost certainly will charge higher interest for a loan against cash value than the interest that will be accrued on insurance cash value. Also, no mention of annuities as an alternative.
This book has great information and strategies Of how to approach the topic of life insurance. Especially if you are completely unaware of where to start. He got technical a few times and gave warnings but he almost lost me in chapter 5 when using statistics to assess risk. But chapter 6 and 7 make up for it. Overall a good read for the topic.
