This publication was quite helpful and informative. It seemed fundamental with practical conversations and its contents seemed like they can be applied for most people. I appreciated the conversations and the dialogues provided in the text, as well as the contexts which went alongside. John Soars made a good effort in compiling this publication in order to aid a number of learners. Overall, I appreciated this publication.
