In the dystopian future, our protagonist is a talented, rebellious teenager with the rare ability to manipulate time. He resides in a strictly regulated society where the authoritarian government deliberately suppresses knowledge about time manipulation to retain control. The antagonist, the cruel and cunning Regulator General, continually thwarts him. The core conflict centers around the protagonist's fight for freedom and his quest to broadcast the suppressed knowledge. The story turns unexpectedly when the protagonist discovers the Regulator General also secretly possesses this power. The protagonist's mission culminates in a gripping, time-bending showdown with the Regulator General. What sets this apart is the exploration of time manipulation, not just as a plot device but as a self-contained culture and element of societal control, and the protagonist's evolution from a rebellious teenager to a wise freedom fighter.
