Although the characters were vivid and the action was fast-paced, what kept me reading -- and what will keep me reading in the future -- is the villian, Gia. She's simply superb as a villain. This title was better narrated than the previous, which will lead me to listen to the third title when it comes out. I only wish it were coming out sooner. It's going to be a long wait until January!
