Is it possible to have a good divorce? This is the question that has resonated in the minds of many of us, especially when we have been taught that divorce should be synonymous with conflict and confrontation. In a process where a multitude of emotions surface, from anger to sadness and frustration, this book comes as a beacon of hope, offering a sympathetic and reassuring guide to those facing the difficult path of separation.

What I find truly priceless about this book is how it emphasizes the importance of shifting perspectives. The authors highlight that while divorce marks an end, it also signifies a fresh start, and embracing this mindset shift can guide us towards achieving what could be termed as a "positive" divorce experience. This book is a must-read for anyone seeking to traverse the journey of divorce while maintaining their dignity and showing respect to themselves and others involved.

Most people associate divorce with negativity, and it’s easy to get into that frame of mind. Many times, when two people decide they should separate, there are plenty of acrimonious feelings that go along with it.

However, the premise of this book is that divorce does not have to be all bad. In fact, it can be a joyous occasion sometimes. It seems unlikely, but there are many examples of situations where divorce can be one of the best things that ever happened to you.

Some people will have a hard time regarding divorce as anything but a defeat, but the authors teach you that there are other ways to feel about it if you just approach this event from a new angle. It won’t be easy, but with this book as your guide, you can do it.

"Acceptance will make an impact on how this answer unfolds."
Although I am not considering divorcing my partner, this book was a good read. It informs married people that divorce doesn't always have to end up hating and being nasty to each other, especially when you consider the other person a person you once loved or still love. This book is suitable for those married couples about to end their marriage as it tells you the process step by step, just like holding your hand. It is a lengthy process, and since not all of us understand the law and its due process, it is good to understand it in simple terms and what to expect; this book explains it clearly. Before getting legal advice, this book would be a great resource to read.

It offered me a comprehensive guide for navigating divorce with dignity, respect, and emotional well-being intact, helping me to understand the importance of a significant mindset shift towards a constructive and amicable separation. It also provided me with the necessary tools and knowledge to help my friend so she can achieve a "good" divorce. If you're dealing with this difficult process, this book is amazing and will help you a lot.

Justin Tash put together an absorbing book that has the ability to change plenty of people’s lives and even put a smile on their faces when experiencing the difficult emotions that arise during divorce.
Written as a practical guide, the book is educational and loaded with examples taken from real life. The author speaks to us as if he was our friend and his words really touch souls.
After reading this book, my mindset towards divorce and couples changed and I wish this book had existed before when I went through divorce myself so that I was able to navigate through my divorce with less anxiety and sadness. I do recommend it.

The word Divorce is hard to see and possibly experience for some people. However, as I began to read, the process may not be as difficult as you would think. Does a Good Divorce exist? written by Burggraff Levy helps to give people a perspective of divorce. Many people are overwhelmed by the process. However, it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. What drew me into the book was the first few pages, especially the line which says, “divorce is just a series of steps and procedures. Overall, this is a great book, for an unfortunate circumstance is the lives of some couples. I am glad he took the time to write this book.

Engaging and informative

Divorce can be a daunting thing, but the author's have pooled their combined and considerable knowledge on the topic and written this book. While the characters Jane and Bob are fictuonal, their stories and events have been gleaned from true cases. Having gone through divorce once before I found that this book was very factual and informative. There were things in here I had not considered or watched out for. I think anyone thinking of or beginning a divorce will benefit from reading this book

Although every reader is different, I think everyone going through divorce should flip these pages. I read this book to help my sister out and I think it really helped her focus on her mindset and putting her well-being first, not rushing into any decision and being able to sort everything out with her partner in a very polite and respectful way.
The book is a good road map for keeping the reader prepared for what is to come. One of the things that I liked was having real life scenarios and how people act in certain situations. It opens up many roads on how to act in your personal life.
