The concluding part of an Elseworlds story set during World War Two.
The Bat, the Clock and the Owl have discovered that the Nazis have a terrifying new superweapon which could win them the war; a super man.

I'd really rather enjoyed Book 1 and this one continues to be a really nice mix of familiar DC elements and a classic noir story. There's plenty of wartime espionage to the story but also superheroic and supernatural elements to shake things up, the horrifying incarnation of the Scarecrow being foremost among the latter.

I think what I enjoyed most here, however, was the idea of Hitler gaining control of the Ubermensch, the Super-Man, whose power could enslave the world in short order. The idea of Superman being enthralled by the Nazis is engaging enough, but there's a brilliant twist in the tale right at the end that actually made it even more interesting and engaging.

This is probably the best Elseworlds-branded story I've read so far.

So nice to see Nazi's where they belong, getting their ass's kicked and the Scarecrow nazi getting blown to shit with a grenade is epic! worth reading as a reminder that Nazi's are the bad guys and we should not vote for someone who admires them.

A solid Elseworlds With A Nice Twist.

Perfect team of writer and artist. If you like James Robinson's Starman, you're likely going to enjoy this yarn. Looking forward to the other installments.

Second part of the series. Hitler is planning on deploying his new secret weapon, an Ubermensch that he is confident will bring him victory. But not all is at it seems. Will the heroes be able to stop him? And what is the Allied countermeasure? This one did not seem as immersive for the reader as the first part, but it was still entertaining and well paced.
