These stories add so much to Gibbs' Terran Dispora universe. It's not just the heroes of his various series who lean on their faith to hold lines in the sand against various comers. Like the authors who contribute to David Weber's Honorverse anthologies, the authors who contributed to this anthology "get" what makes Gibbs' heroes different and it shows. This is a must-read for any fan of Gibbs' works.

Character backstories in the Lion of Judah universe

These classic science fiction adventure stories can stand alone, but are even better when read along with the many excellent novels featuring the Terran Coalition. If you enjoy Star Trek, Star Wars, Firefly, the novels of David Weber, and similar tales, then I highly recommend Daniel Gibbs. Enjoy!
