Approximately 300 of the most frequently used Spanish verbs are presented fully conjugated in all forms and arranged alphabetically, one verb per page. Related words and idiomatic expressions are cited below each verb conjugation table.
Added features include rules for formation of present and past participles, a summary of meanings and uses of verb tenses and moods, and a list of more that 1,000 Spanish verbs conjugated like the book's 300 model verbs.
A good explanation and review of the four verb forms in Spanish: Indicative, Conditional, Subjunctive and Imperative. Also discusses the seven simple tenses: present, imperfect, preterit, future, conditional, present subjunctive and past subjective - and the seven compound tenses (present tenses plus the verb "haber"). Good discussion of the present and past participle and the command forms. Conjugation of over 300 verbs in the 14 tenses and the commands. Also includes related words and idiomatic expressions. Good review.
I have used this book daily for almost a year. The intro is great and my Spanish 4 professor even asked to copy it. It has an index of common irregular verbs and over 1000 verbs that can be conjugated like the model verbs. I think I may have overused it a bit and developed a bit of lazy brain but other than that it is an excellent reference book and study aide.
I am taking spanish. I need to study more. Lots more. Maybe if I wasn't so busy with spanish I would read more books that are interesting to post here.
