Sean Webb planted the seed for my spiritual awakening back in 2013 with his I AM Spirituality podcast. It’s great to see what he’s been up to since then. This book is excellent and I’d recommend it for newbies or beginners who are curious about their mind, emotions, or life outside of mundane 3D material reality. For those who sense that there has got to be more to life than what they’ve known so far.

Sean’s style is so accessible and it’s great he records his own audiobooks. Top quality narration.

This book has some side tangents about AI and his experience getting spied on by a CIA operative, but they are welcome diversions and part of the larger story. It’s not really a how-to-book or an “owners manual” as the title suggests. But an entertaining primer on life’s biggest questions.

He covers his equation of emotion, meditation, artificial intelligence, remote viewing, out of body experiences, spirituality and enlightenment, quantum physics, psychedelics, brain science, aliens, and the paranormal. It’s good for skeptics who are weary of religion or spirituality, but curious about what lies beyond. It just might plant the seed for your own awakening.

There are really cool stories about what this author says he’s done, but this manual doesn’t tell you how to do anything in detail. It does a good job of selling spirituality, it just doesn’t talk about his methodology in detail.
