Some man thinks I deserve "punishment" whether it be what jobs he decides or tans my ass red... will find his ass in court. They have every right to get that chef away from the other business. That chef had every right to want to go. To demand she return to the original business... deal. Then to "punish" their wives over it... really... had they done it, it would have been fine. It only got 2 stars because finished it and I kept thinking I would give this author one more try... but they're not funny anymore (girl gang) and the "it's ok to make the little woman behave" stunts throughout this book... I don't find that the least bit ok or romantic.

I loved this one. It was so cute. Forest is just amazing and I loved them together. I can't wait for the next book.

I really liked Forest when he was in the FBI and was really happy to see him settled. His ol’lady is a fan favorite and I think perfect for him.

Forest ends up in the middle of crazy when he takes over being Sheriff. The department is a train wreck and it takes all he can do to clean things up to be at a good starting point. In doing so, he ends up with quite the staff working for him and they manage to take out the trash. It took a bit, but once they knew who to focus on, they went after them with the full backing of the town, the mayor and the judges.
It was interesting to see Forest end up with Heather. I have loved Heather since she showed up on the page, love the prank war she gets in with Meat and Wings, kinda hoped she would end up with one of them, but she and Forest work too. I thought it interesting that Forest's few one nights came back to bite him in the ass as he had to explain things to Heather and it wasn't pretty.
The other big happening of the book was Mia and Eden taking their punishments. I was surprised at first how Mia almost bowed out and how Eden started out strong. Then things happened and I thought Eden got off easy. There would have been ways to still have her do what she was supposed to and be ok with what was going on with her. Mia seemed to reveal in the "Pres" job and did a good job at things. I loved how she got her own "bike" and elevated the girl gang. They will give the guys a run for their money now for sure! I also thought it was funny how "motherhood" did Axel in and he couldn't hack it. So typical!!

This is Book 11 in the Raging Barons MC. You can read it as a stand-alone, but it will be so much better if you have read all the other books so that you know the characters. Forest used to work for the FBI and has gotten tired of all the BS and stuff that he had to go through so I guess you can say he burned out on the FBI. He was already friends with the guys, so he became a full member of the club. Then he was appointed the new Sheriff after they got rid of the old bad Sheriff. He was thrown in jail, not “gotten rid of”. There he got ahold of a lot of cold cases and the fun started. Now, he realizes that he’s ready to settle down. I can tell you that I was shocked (!) when I saw who that was. I’m not going to tell you who so that you can be as surprised as I was. But I’m also happy as can be with her. We also saw more of Meat in this book, and I was totally happy with that! You will have another surprise involving Meat so now that I’ve tempted you with those 2 things, I know that you are going to run out and get it. I’m so excited with everything happening in this book.

Forest decided he had had enough with the horrors he saw day in and day out as an FBI Agent. He wanted a less stressful kind of life. So he left and became a member of the Raging Barons. Though somehow he was talked into taking over for the corrupt sheriff. Until Forest started investigating nobody really knew how corrupt he actually was. Well, simply said Forest isn’t finding that peaceful less stressful life anytime soon.
Due to the corruption, Forest is forced to bring in new deputies. Which adds some great side characters, who I hope we see more of. All the while as Forest is trying to solve cases that the corrupt sheriff just let sit, he is trying to find his happily ever after. But of course his path to it is not easy, especially since he picked up an over the top clinger! Not going to spoil who he ends up with, but I can’t imagine him being with anyone else!
Loved this installment of the Raging Barons series! As always the side stories going on within the book, never distract but add so much to all the characters development. I can’t wait to see whose story we get next!

What is there to say about this book and author other than fantastic, I love this series and author so much and can’t recommend it enough. This instalment is about Forest,a member of the MC, former FBI agent and newly appointed slightly reluctant sheriff and Heather,the head of the cleaning company that we have met in previous books who cleans the clubhouse and businesses. There’s lots of corruption left from the previous sheriff that Forest has to wade through and try and correct, he appoints a whole new team to help him tackle this issue that includes some previous officers and some favourite characters from previous books. Heather is looking to slow down her day to day activities with her business so she can settle down and start a family. This book has cold cases to solve,a stage 5 clinger causing trouble,some pranks,a costume party,some surprises and a not great first date but love wins in the end and Forest and Heather get their well deserved happily ever after 🖤❤️

Forest is a newer member of the RBMC, joining after he decided he was done with the FBI. Staying in law enforcement, he becomes sheriff after the old sheriff went to jail. Forest discovers too much that was covered up and it’s more job than he can handle. Bringing in deputies (including the beloved Meat) he works to uncover the mess the previous sheriff (and his family) has made and clean up the town.
Heather owns the cleaning company that almost exclusively works for the MC and their businesses and has become a beloved character in this series. Forest notices her through all of the antics between her and Wings. He doesn’t ask but tells her they’re going on a date…..and the rest is history.
So much fun in this book. One of the lighter storylines but great nonetheless. All of the MC characters are seen throughout the book which makes it fun to see what’s happened with the stories from the previous books and makes you look forward to upcoming books. Still can’t wait until Meat’s book…..will it be next?

Two words...Deputy Meat
I adore this series by Jan Daelman. I'm impressed by the growing number of talented authors, like Daelman, who are making their books more about close knit MC families that respect and cherish their old ladies without needing to pad their stories with a redundant level of angst and violence towards women. I appreciate it when you can feel like you've had a serotonin boost, and feel like you've just visited old friends after finishing a book rather than feeling stripped down and in need of recovery. After a while I find those intense series eventually get to a point where I just find them exhausting. This particular author has her own unique writing style and cast of characters that are engaging and I can't help but adore. Meat quickly became a favorite, and the prank wars both he and Wings have had with Heather have been absolutely hilarious. I was so glad to finally see one of the members of that chaotic trio of pranksters get their own HEA. I'm looking forward to seeing who finds theirs next.

Highly recommend!! Forest retired from the FBI because of all of the atrocities that he's dealt with throughout his time, and just wanted to be another brother with the Raging Barons MC, but soon found himself in the position of the new Sheriff. Once he discovers boxes & boxes of files that were neglected by the previous incarcerated Sheriff, he realizes that he will need a team of deputies that he can trust and want justice for some of the atrocities that has happened in his town.
One of our very own favorites that has shown up in many of the previous stories, and is well known for her mischief with some of the brothers, has decided to slow down with her cleaning business more and let Alf handle more of the responsibilities, because she wants a family of her own.
Forest and Heather make another great couple, and you're going to want to come along and enjoy more mischief, costume parties, justice being served, and new characters helping where needed.

As I have stated in previous reviews that I really enjoy this series and Forest's book is no different. This is the story of the former FBI agent and Heather, the small business owner of the local cleaning company that the MC uses for the club. The readers have already been introduced to these characters in other books so the story starts with getting into the story of how Forest is handling life in the MC after the years in the FBI and some local crime that wasn't investigated by the local authorities before Forest took the sheriff position at the request of the club. I heartily recommend this book as well as the entire series by the author so if you enjoy a lighter MC book, then this series is for you!

Forest leaves behind his FBI life with a plan to retire and join the MC. But retirement didn't completely happen. The town needs a new sheriff to clean things up from the last disaster of a Sheriff, if you can even call him that. Forest takes over and as he begins to clean up and what a mess it is. Murder, robberies and more. Will the town trust him to help? Love the new deputies, can't wait to see what happens with them.
Your going to love who he ends up with, you will never believe it! The pranks are epic! Oh and the punishments even better especially when the one who dole's them out ends up inadvertently punishing himself.

Another great book
Another great raging baron mc book this time the love story between forest and Heather but the main focus is forest and the police department clean up and closing cases that should of been dealt with long before including murder rapes and break ins we also get too meet new characters and move on some secondary characters. Also mia and Edens punishment for their actions in the last book 📖 (if you haven't then you should read them all then you don't know what you are missing) forest and Heather are a great mix together so settle down in a quiet room for laughs and Shenanigans from the raging barons especially meat Heather and wings

It’s hard to take the law out of the man, kind of. The H of this story, Forest, is retired from the FBI, where all he wants to do is settle down with the MC and leave that life behind. But when a corrupt Sheriff needs to leave town Forest is the new Sheriff.
I’m not going to give away who the h is in this story, because it shocked me. Didn’t see that one coming, but oh so good.
Pick up this book and don’t miss out on the an engaging couple, the girl gang back in action, and of course one of the hottest couples.

We finally get to see Forest, and see him in so many ways...Sheriff Forest, jokester Forest, and a man after his woman Forest. I loved seeing this story play out and watch Forest and his lady find their happily ever after; and I was really happy to see who that lady turned out to be! Forest had a lot on his plate, but he handled it well and we got to see the FBI in him come out to play. One of the best parts to me though, as usual, was the little glimpse we got of Meat. He's always a favorite, and after the little sneak peak we get here his book is going to be a wild ride!

Can't see the Forest for the trees..
Wow! I had kinda forgotten Forest until this book came out and I'm so glad now he got a story before Meat. It explained so much of what is happening in town and who Forest ends up with...OMG! I was totally surprised at that. Jan Daelman did it again with a sure hit, I can't wait for the next one. I also miss the club Shar went with and hope to get more stories about them. I love these books!

This is Heather and Forests story. I was a little surprised that Heather wasn’t with Wings or Meat. I thought that either of them were a likely candidate for her. Forest has his work cut out trying to woo Heather and redo the entire police force when he becomes Sheriff. The girl-gang now have their own bikes or trikes to ride. This should be interesting to see what kind of trouble they can get into. Their courtship is stormy but they get their HEA.

Loved this book!
The Sheriff's department is in shambles and Forrest takes over to straighten it up. He also begins a relationship with Heather. I recommend that you read this entire series in publishing order... Not because its necessary for this book but because they are funny along with the drama and mystery and hot sexy bikers ..... And you get to know and enjoy all the characters.....

When the local sheriff ends up in jail, who better to replace him than Forest, Raging Barons newest brother and ex FBI agent. What he finds is that not only was the old sheriff corrupt, but the whole office is a complete mess. He has his work cut out.
Another fantastic instalment of this great series, a great story with plenty of twists, turns, drama, danger and shenanigans with the usual culprits. I'm really looking forward to the next book

what a great story this was,I absolutely loved this hands down the best. it has all the loose ends tied up in one.
Forest,now asherrifhas toget more outside help to deal with cases that have been plaguing everyone , also there's a murder to solve and aclld rape case that causes alot of concern.
There's so many different little stories going on in this book it's a book that you really don't want to miss.

Getting further away from an MC.
As the series goes on the plots are becoming thinner. This book is about Forest, the former FBI agent who is not only in the MC, but has been made sheriff.
Most of the story is about the cold cases he and his deputies have to solve, while the women of the MC become more ridiculous. I originally liked Mia's character, but now believe her to be totally selfish and sometimes hurtful.

Forest was settling in the club and to his new role as sheriff, after years in the FBI he had hoped it would be a slower pace, until hes left dealing with a heap of unsolved crimes from her previous dirty sheriff.
Heather has been around the club for a while, as the owner of the cleaning company for the club house but none of the men had caught her eye, till Forest made his intentions known. But their first date doesn't end so well. And with troubles all around do they standby chance? Well written engaging slow burn, drama and mystery and girl gang antics! A great addition to the series not to be missed!

Warm feeling
These Raging Baron books always leave me with a warm feeling. Forest didn’t realise what a monumental task he had taken on, but with good men to help him it works out. Thankfully his HEA Heather is all in and it’s all good. Meat, well he’s a work in progress and I hope his HEA comes soon.

FINALLY!!!! ok so Forest is the "nomad" aka FBI who finally has enough and comes home. As much as he worries about everyone, there are some serious threats happening that no one thought of. i can honest say i was totally SHOCKED at who his girl was. holy moly but again it seemed just right. Learning more about the people and getting to check in on others was awesome!

Omg I love this series. Forest and Heather's story was fast and hot. Forest deals with a corrupt police dept, unsolved cases and he has found his woman. Amazing story
The town has been in turmoil and has had some problems and that is staying it mildly but the new sheriff and his band of deputies are finally figuring everything and everyone involved out. Well it turns out it was a family affair from the beginning. Meat has his good days and bad as always. And the woman keeping him on his toes just keeps getting better.

Well it turns out it was a family affair from the beginning. Meat has his good days and bad as always. And the woman keeping him on his toes just keeps getting better.

OMG I laughed so much at times I near wet my nickers. The storyline was great and the characters either wanted you to cheer them on or hit the over the head. Mia and Eden were a laugh a minute and handled their punishment with dignity. Poor Axel glad he found out how hard motherhood was.
