Ben Rosewood never meant to be bound to a vampire succubus, especially one as sexy-yet-terrifying as Eleanora Bettencourt-Devereux, but he has to admit there are some fang-tastic perks….
Werewolf Ben Rosewood is happy with his life. One hundred percent. Everything is fine. His business, Ben’s Plant Emporium, is thriving, and he’s even expanding the shop. His anxiety disorder is…well, it’s been better, but that comes with the territory of running a business and having beastly urges every full moon, right? As for romance—who has the time? Though his family is desperate to see him settled, Ben is fine approaching forty as a single werewolf. But after drunkenly bidding on and winning a supposedly-possessed crystal on eBay one night, he finds himself face-to-face with a beautiful but angry vampire.
Eleanora Bettencourt-Devereux is a rare breed—a vampire succubus born from two elite European bloodlines during medieval times. But thanks to an evil witch, she’s been stuck in a crystal since she was thirty, forced to obey orders from the possessor of the rock. Eleanora’s been dreaming of breaking the spell and severing the witch’s head for centuries. But did this witch really sell her to someone new, and for only ninety-nine cents?
Eleanora would claw this werewolf’s heart out and eat it, if only the binding spell would allow her to. But Eleanora and Ben soon realize they can help each other with both vengeful and less hostile needs. And why not have a little fun along the way?

What to Expect: ➼ Forced Proximity ➼ Cinnamon Roll MMC ➼ Strong FMC/Unwilling Assassin ➼ Opposites Attract ➼ Cozy Palate Cleanser ➼ FMC Curse-bound by a Witch ➼ Werewolf MMC who Knits ➼ Vampire Succubus FMC ➼ Paranormal Rom-Com ➼ Third Person POV
I was expecting this to be overly smutty based on a review I read, but it was actually adorable and pretty tame (IMO). The MMC is a people pleasing Werewolf with anxiety that knits, wears sweater vests, and hates being a Werewolf. 😄 He drunkenly purchases a magical item on eBay for a dollar that he is certain will be a fake only to find himself in possession of a beautiful living breathing Vampire Succubus who is bound to the item, and now also to him. Being the total cinnamon roll and consent king that he is, he is mortified to learn that he now has the power to dictate and control the FMC with his words (even unintentionally).
This book is written in 3rd person dual POV which allows readers to learn the thoughts of both characters as they begin to fall for one another. Being the sweet Werewolf he is, he strives to be a good host and wants to take care of the FMC which gets pretty spicy since she is a Vampire Succubus and feeds off not only food but also blood and arousal. He generously offers his blood straight from the tap and errr other things as they spend more time together. 🤭
She was French and very old since the magical object she was bound to prolonged her natural life span. She had been locked away in the item for many years prior to him purchasing it so she had a lot to learn about technology and the world. I typically hate pop culture references in books, but I thought it was hilarious that she related everything back to Star Trek as she tried to make sense of our modern world. She had been working unwillingly for the witch as an assassin and was obviously a very strong FMC, but the Star Trek references helped to soften her and offset all of her talk of murdering and disemboweling people. 😅
I kind of lost interest near the end, but overall this was a very cute and cozy read. I know we’re generally all about the morally gray men, but I promise you’ll feel so healthy reading about such a sweet and selfless MMC who always puts the needs of others above his own. He’d surely be an Enneagram 2 if he was a real person. So precious! Love to all the “helpers” out there! 🫶🏻

Pre-read: Slightly terrified by Jenna’s review 😅 (go read it 👀) but diving in!
Don’t need it. Already accomplished. (You know who you are).
But seriously, if I am going to commit to my hunt for the best Werewolf novel of all time, and I am, I can leave no stone unturned—that is to say, no book unread—on the subject, no matter how cheesy Romantasy, ravenously smutty, lavender-covered, or…plant-based?
I will say I feel like this author will eventually get there, she’s close, and every book gets closer. I would place bets on this author writing everyone’s favorite new romance someday soon…we just aren’t 100% there yet.
I have to say this happens to be one of the oddest stories I’ve had the pleasure of reading. The author has done an amazing job developing the plot and the characters.
The story itself is unique and imaginative. Plus, it was fun!
The two main characters are complete opposites, and while Eleonore is almost off the charts wacky throughout the book, we finally get to see her real person start to come through.
She mellows, her anger dissipates, and she truly becomes a wonderful addition to the story. She’s weird and quirky but certainly knows how to handle her man. Just as a side note – her biting is a little edgy. STEAMY!
Ben is soft-spoken and genuine. A real sweetheart of a guy. He is definitely getting used and overseen by other people in the community.
He’s a perfect balance to her wildness and together they offset each other and work really well together. Their chemistry is hot and steamy which definitely makes the story more.
We see characters pop in from the other books but this does not detract from the story because they all a part of a wild diverse community. The tight-knit group adds a lot to the whole plot, and A Werewolf’s Guide to Seducing a Vampire is a funny, quirky story.
Hawley delivers a complex and delightful romance that is absolutely a stand-out read!
~~~~ I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Full review - https://amidlifewife.com/a-werewolfs-...
it was pretty solid actually, i really liked the first book and the dynamics in this book were definitely something i’ve never read before which i enjoyed. i also think the plot itself was interesting too. it’s just not something that i love… you know? i do like books with the werewolf and succubus/vampire relationship like this is coming out at the perfect time.
The Glimmer Falls series has offered coziness alongside found family and paranormal romance and heaps of emotion with some tougher themes addressed. I liked book 1, skipped book 2, and this last book in the series focuses on Ben (H), a werewolf with a penchant for sweater vests, high levels of anxiety, and constantly placing others' needs before his own. After Mariel and Oz's wedding (the couple from book 1), Ben is feeling lonely and he drunkenly orders a rock off eBay that is marketed as having a vampire succubus companion inside it. He thinks it's a joke, which he promptly forgets about, until delivery day arrives and poor Ben's confused and then overwhelmed because Eleanora (h) is a very real and not happy (rightfully), ancient vampire succubus assassin, whose ownership has now changed unexpectedly. Eleanora's been held captive for centuries, but only brought out at an evil witch's whim. She doesn't know right away that Ben's the sweetest and he doesn't know right away that she has way more depth than just violent reaction.
What follows are scenes that somehow mix humor with many mentions of murderous escapades, lots of mental health rep from anxiety to PTSD, support of a small town mayoral campaign, a budding experimental theatre career, tracking down of an evil witch to break a curse, loads of Star Trek references, bringing a not-really-immortal into the present day, and romance. Written in third person, dual POV. No ow/om drama and both are experienced but haven't been active for a long time (H's been celibate for at least a decade and h had some experiences during times she was free, small mentions of both of their histories).
While a lot of what I have listed sounds amazing, I did feel like this story spent a lot of time plodding along. The pacing just felt off and I found myself putting the book down and walking away to do whatever many times. This is particularly true regarding breaking Eleanora's curse, there just wasn't a sense of urgency to the investigation and I felt like that was a shame. Even though there are profound discussions surrounding mental health, including anxiety, catastrophizing, and negative thoughts, there's also significant repetition of some of those mental health related characterizations. Additionally, there's a mention of therapy being helpful, but no therapy was sought during the book and again, that's a shame.
The book also highlights positive examples of masculinity, expression of feelings (Ben cries several times and Eleanora reacts strongly to touch), and lots of mention of consent. I valued the inclusion of these important elements, I just felt sometimes like they were presented in a heavy-handed way. For example, Ben came across to me as kind of "not like other men" in a way that didn't feel as well-nuanced as he could have been. Part of his anxiety stems from feeling so different than other werewolves and I don't want to discount that feeling though and it's not what I'm referring to here.
The foundation that Eleanora and Ben lay from the uneasy start of their connection to becoming friends to exploring deeper feelings for each other was delightful. The flow of that relationship truly hinged on the trust that they had to build. Eleanora had been betrayed and used without her consent so the empowerment that she was able to experience with having choices and control of herself was perfect. Sometimes her choices resulted in unusual consequences or uncomfortable situations but they were hers. Connected to that would be the development of the steamy scenes and how Ben feeds both supernatural sides of Eleanora's and how their dynamic plays a part in their spiciness (for example, they decide to wait on penetrative sex until the curse has been addressed). Ben is called a "good wolf", which was fun, and Eleanora gets a taste of him in more than one way from down below *nudge, nudge, wink, wink*. I liked them as a couple and there are some excellent scenes of them together. Eleanora wraps him in a burrito for comfort, Ben gifts her flowers, she packs a werewolf care kit for the full moon, and so on.
Another aspect that I think the author could have focused less on was the side characters. I love seeing former main characters as side characters in later books. But the side characters in this story overwhelmed Ben and Eleanora's story at times. Ben's sister's campaign to be mayor was a huge part of the book and the work that they did on the campaign also involved lots of time with Ben's friend group. The opposing candidate, an antagonistic character from the prior two books, also gets a good amount of mentions. The evil witch is mentioned frequently, but not on page much because of the slow movement on figuring out what to do for the curse. I'm kind of bummed that there wasn't a scene of Eleanora with Ben's wolf side because I eat those scenes up in werewolf/shifter romances.
In writing this review, I think this book simply felt unbalanced to me. I enjoyed the main characters and their relationship development. I liked the setting and the premise. The execution just wasn't even for me personally. The third act is interesting but also moves quickly, which is a contrast to the slowness of the rest of the book. I did like that though there's a misunderstanding, both of them felt bad once they had time to realize the full implications of what occurred and consider the other's perspective. How the witch is handled worked for me actually, but I think might let down some other readers. The epilogue is Eleanora and Ben living their HEA, together, with prospects for Eleanora in the future and them basking in time with their friends, so a cute way to close out the story. The author has a preview of a new series at the end of this book too. I'm curious how she'll grow in her writing with a genre change since the next series is fantasy.
edit: why the FUCK did the UK get a better cover than we did?? life is so unfair
Not gonna lie. That was a bummer. I was here for cute, nerdy werewolf with anxiety... and there was basically none of that. Give me the dramatic transformations! Give me the sexy growls! Give me the fangs and claws dammit. I am so disappointed by the lack of werewolf.
The book focused much more heavily (almost completely) on Eleanora who is the only reason this isn't a 2.5 stars rounded down. I adored Eleanora. She was witty, clever, and fun (although the narrator's accent for her was a bit much and took some getting used to).
Basically, I was expecting a werewolf romance and got a vampire one. The vampire romance, on it's own, was good but it's like taking a gulp of orange juice expecting chocolate milk - distinctly different from what I was expecting.
All of my gripes with this book are personal preferences so please take everything I say with a pinch of salt.
This book was irritating from beginning to end, to the point where by 20% in i was just skim reading to get to something that interested me.
The main character whose name I literally don’t remember is a wet sock of a character. A mopey late 30s incel who, oh shucks, just doesn’t have time for romance but desperately wants to date. He stumbles upon an eBay ad in his drunken stupor that promises a vampire succubus lives inside this rock. Genie style. And once it arrives, sure enough, there’s a vampire succubus inside who will bend to his every whim.
Unfortunately the main character reminded me a lot of my ex and I couldn’t shake that feeling. It’s not cute to me to have a guy with no backbone and accidentally manipulating women. Despite in the ad for this rock it says that you’re their master and also… I’m pretty sure Eleanore even says it to him, he commands her to do something, and then we have a 10 page sob story as to why he is so sorry and the worst and a terrible person and he starts having a panic attack.
Also I went into this thinking I was getting smut and instead I just got a chastity belt put on and shipped off to a convent. 30% and no smut? Huh??? What are we doing. There’s also too much explaining of things to Eleanore because she’s not of this time but hey, guess who is of this time? The reader. I don’t need to know how a microwave works. Don’t tell me.
i really loved this!!!! a cute anxious werewolf who loves his sweater vests and plants and a feisty stabby vampire! their relationship was so cute. i love how equal they were! only issue was this was way too long and by the last 75%, i was checked out & bored. i didn't need the side plot with gigi's campaigning at alllll.
2.5/5 This was a cute, cozy story with found family. I enjoyed the fact that the male main character was a nerdy werewolf with anxiety. Ultimately, it felt way too long for what it was and the sister had way too prominent of a plot line for this to not even be her book. I lost interest sadly.
The third and final instalment in the Glimmer Falls series was a brilliantly funny, whimsically heartfelt and sizzlingly romantic end to what has been my favourite paranormal Rom-com series.
Set two years after the events of A Demon’s Guide To Wooing A Witch we follow Plant Emporium owner (and Mariel’s werewolf Boss) Ben Rosewood after he drunkenly buys a possessed crystal on EBay that contains the terrifyingly beautiful (600 year old) Vampire Succubus, Eleonore.
The sparks fly instantly between the pair, but Ben is determined to help Eleonore end the curse which sees her forced to obey the orders of whoever owns the crystal. Giving Eleonore the chance to choose her own future, wherever it may lead her…
I didn’t think it was possible to love this series more than I already did, but Sarah Hawley has once again proved otherwise! And Eleonore (despite being a new character) immediately stole the top spot as my fave Glimmer Falls resident (sorry Calladia and Astaroth.) Her fierce and fiery disposition actually reminded me of Mazikeen (from Lucifer), which I loved!
Trapped for centuries and ordered to commit terrible acts (on behalf of the witch who cursed her) she’s full of rage and pain when we first meet her, but with the support of Ben and the other Glimmer Falls residents, she begins to process her trauma and start her journey to recovery.
Ben was great too. A gentle, compassionate character, he put everyone first even to the detriment to his own health. It’s why I think he and Eleonore worked soo well together. He was soo patient and willing to give her the time she needed to adjust. Likewise, she was able to speak up when people asked too much of him.
But his selflessness and Hawley’s sensitive, realistic depiction of anxiety really helped to emphasise just how life altering anxiety can be. Making Ben not only a layered, multidimensional character, but a relatable one as well.
There’s still plenty of whimsy and humour, but it was the found family vibes I enjoyed the most. If you loved the previous books you’ll also be pleased to know plenty fan favourites return; with Mariel, Oz, Calladia, Astaroth and Lilith (among many others) all making appearances.
Overall, a must read for all paranormal Rom-com lovers! Though do check TWs.
Also, thanks to Gollancz for the finished copy (and replica possessed crystal.)
YA'LL....A Werewolf's Guide to Seducing a Vampire is LIVE!!! You need to read this hilarious and fun book!
4.25 Stars
A Werewolf's Guide to Seducing a Vampire is a hilarious, fun and entertaining whirlwind.
I just had the best time with this book. A Werewolf's Guide to Seducing a Vampire is my first Hawley book and I have to tell you, I'm obsessed. This is the third book in the series but it can be read as a standalone. I will admit that the first chapter there are people mentioned that you felt like you could know their back story but I'm promising you that you don't need to know it and won't even think about it past that.
Ben is the perfect nerdy, cinnamon roll werewolf who will just have you melting from his sweetness. But for me that star is Eleanora. She is a sassy, wildcat vampire who has been under the spell of a witch for 600 years. Of course she is going to be full of spit and fire. Think genie but with a crystal and not wishes but anything you command.
Add in all the other characters, most of them paranormal and funny as well, you will be laughing the entire time. I truly did have so much fun with this and I CANNOT wait to go back and read the first two books plus anything she writes in the future.
🪴 Bookish Thoughts Top 5 of the year, no question. The first 20% was a slow start. But once it picked up, it hit all the emotions.
I adored Ben. My sweet, soft, plant-loving, people pleasing and sweater vest king. His anxiety was written with so much care and authenticity. He was a tender and deeply feeling soul.
And Eleonore? My heart broke for her. She was trapped for so long and had survived so much. I loved how Ben never pushed her! He simply offered safety and softness. And in return, she became this fierce protector for him. She understood him and helped calm his spiraling thoughts. Their dynamic was healing in every sense of the word 🌸🥹
I LOVED THIS SOOOO MUCH. Sarah Hawley is my absolute favorite when it comes to supernatural romances. All three books in this series have been huge hits for me, but I think this one is my biggest love in Glimmer Falls… and so far, this is my favorite book of 2024.
A vampire succubus and werewolf???? Perfect match already. But now… an anxious, sweet, soft and caring man and a touch-him-and-you-die woman???? THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT. They made such a perfect pair! Even thought at first Eleonore didn’t trust Ben due to the nature of their bond (he literally owns her but don’t worry he would never do anything to harm her), she realizes very fast how kind and generous Ben is… maybe too kind and generous, so she makes it her mission to stop people from taking advantage of him. Deep down, Eleonore was so sweet as well. Her PTSD and trauma made her grow a big armor around herself, but meeting Ben and everyone else in Glimmer Falls helped her relax and find a home where she could be happy and feel loved, just as she deserved after centuries of being manipulated and mistreated.
The romance was perfection. They were so beautiful together. Eleonore’s protective instincts matched perfectly with Ben’s deep caring. Their personalities were a perfect match. And the steam… highest tier. There’s neck biting… and nether regions biting. And so much communication and consent. Everything was soooo perfect!
TW: PTSD, panic attacks
Rating: 5+/5 Steam level: Open door, 4-5 scenes, high level of detail
ARC provided by Berkley and NetGalley. Opinions are my own!
congrats to Sarah Hawley for the fastest I've ever dnf'd a book! didn't even make it through chapter 1. some people might really enjoy this, it might even make them feel seen, but I can't stand contemporary millennial authors shoehorning in aggressive "representation" like this. It's desperate and it screams "I found out oppression/stigmatization exists in my mid 20s and now I think it's my life's purpose to talk about it all the time so that others can learn!" Like... the rest of us already know, Sarah. It's giving cringe 40 year old middle manager leading their team of 3 white women and 1 gay white man on a DEI learning journey.
I actually don't need to know what kind of therapy each minor character has participated in before you've even given a physical description? You don't need to give a bartender who will almost definitely not play a role in the rest of the story extensive dialogue just because they're nonbinary, and they also don't need to talk like a therapist to the main character? They don't know each other lol that's weird. And people can have social anxiety without being a quivering, pathetic mess. I can't imagine how I'm ever supposed to see this MMC as a sexual being after being in his head for a few pages.
It's too bad because a contemporary succubus x werewolf paranormal rom sounds like a screaming good time, but I couldn't even make it to the intro of the FMC. This is so try hard.
I was very excited for Ben's book but was severely disappointed. This book was wayyyy too long and sooo boring omg! Could have cut out more than half of book and would have maybe helped but yikes, there was wayyyy too much of his sister's campaign and events in this when it would have been a billion times more interesting to focus on Eleonore and her history!!! It felt like there was seriously 100 pages out of the 300 something to campaign nonsense. I'm glad Ben finally found his person but this was a major struggle to get through it, I literally was falling asleep in first 100 pages 😬🫢 idk what went wrong between last book which I adored and gave 5 stars and this...😳 but very disappointing book that waited months for and was excited for then was let down sadly. I gave two stars because Ben and El were very unique characters and one of most unique couples ever but this book should have been majorly edited and changed before print. One thing about El though was she was sooooo out there I kept being like WTF, she's very very weird idk how she even wrote her to be so bizarre it's impressive.
Well, this is definitely my favorite of the series.
I love love loved Ben and Eleonora. He’s the softest, sweetest, and most anxious. She’s the crunchiest, stabby-est, and most literal. Together they have instant interest and acceptance that deliciously morphs into friendship and more. I love this cast of characters and how they’re all ride or die for each other. And seriously, Lilith is the best. I want more of her.
Plot wise, it’s good. There are a lot of moving pieces and it just helps to illustrate how far Ben will go for his people, regardless of what it does to him. I absolutely adored how these two were exactly what they need from the other: he was a soft space for her to land and she stood up and made boundaries for him. The slice of time we got in the epilogue was just what I needed from the end of the series.
Overall, this series has been a lot of fun and I know I’ll be coming back to read these.
**Huge thanks to the publisher for providing the arc free of charge**
Thank you to Berkley for the gifted copy! A shy, socially anxious werewolf and an ancient vampire succubus assassin who is bound to a gem? What a set up! This book was so fun - it had Sarah Hawley's signature wit and laugh out loud writing. The tension as a result of the forced proximity? Excellent. Ben's internal monologue? Funny and relatable. Eleanora's journey to gaining independence and finding her place in the world? Heartwarming and engaging. Glimmer Falls is also such a delightful backdrop for this story to be set on - it's basically fantasy Stars Hollow. I can't wait for Sarah's next book!
Very cute and a little spooky forced proximity romance. A lil spicy, super cozy, and I love both the characters. Immediately bought the other books in the series! 🎃 🧛♀️🐺
This book was absolutely adorable and hilarious! I adored Ben and Eleanore, and their relationship dynamics and chemistry were great. I think this is my favourite book out of the series! I really liked Eleanore, and I thought she was a really interesting character. Watching her adapt to a new time period was quite entertaining, and she was overall just a fabuously weird character! I also really liked Ben and enjoyed how the author depicted his anxiety. The author's portrayal of anxiety attacks and anxiety was very realistic and was done very well. Ben was very off to the side in the previous books, so I was excited for him to be the main character. I loved getting to see all of the characters from the previous books (especially Astaroth; I love him he's an icon), and I absolutely love this friend group! Overall, I would completely recommend this book, and I really hope Sarah Hawley writes more books in this series! :)
A paranormal romance between a werewolf that frees a vampire succubus from a crystal she's been stuck in thanks to an evil witch.
A Werewolf's Guide to Seducing a Vampire is book 3 in Sarah Hawley's Glimmer Falls series. I loved Ben, he's so gentle and steady and sweet. So much so that he doesn't like it when he turns into a werewolf and feels like he isn't control. Eleanor was angry and a bit chaotic, especially having spent so much time secluded in the crystal. I adored her fire and how Ben was committed to helping her gain her true freedom. Their chemistry, over time, was steamy but it was the care and gentleness with which they treated each other that won me over.
The best part about the book was the characters. I think the author did a rather splendid job depicting anxiety through the main male character Ben. His inner turmoil at dealing with the lack of control when turning into a werewolf really resonated with the constant insecurity that can thrive with anxiety. I think Eleonore was a hoot, she was hilarious in first introductions, dealing with the time difference and the new world theater made me smile and gush over how socially awkward she was when dealing with people. I also enjoyed her struggle with her situation and trust issues due to her past and her current situation trapped in the curse. These characters had depth and felt like real people I've talked with in my life and it was nice to get that kind of character development in a contemporary paranormal romance.
The chemistry between Ben and Eleonore was poppin’ and I was in the front seat for it. I think the slow burn but steady build to their relationship was well timed and didn’t feel forced, their interactions felt awkward for their first conversations but then as they continued to go about day to day I could feel the relationship and romance develop naturally. The spice scenes were good, I enjoyed that she didn’t go too heavy on the spice and lose her way in telling the story either, Sarah Hawley has a gift at interwoven timing when storytelling.
Considering this book was read out of order, I never felt myself feeling lost or out of place with the world Sarah has built the romance in. It seems like Vampire and Werewolves are known among people in this town and there are interesting interactions that make me feel like “this is how this would go down in the real world” that made it feel organic and interesting. I like the overarching plot of the story, the fact Eleonore is essentially in service to Ben because he purchased her crystal was never overshadowed by mundane issues. I like that Ben was constantly devoted to his sister to the point his stress over helping her with her career made it difficult for him to juggle finding Eleonores witch and her understanding character after seeing his innocent devotion that is keeping him away. However, the one thing that bothered me was the fact that the witch who initially bound her never truly became the antagonist we were all hyped up to believe. It felt like all that Eleonore suffered when in service to the witch was unjustified due to the relationship. The idea of not letting Eleonore have her justice didn't sit well with me.
Overall this book was unique for me, I've read books that use the “curse” trope but never with a MMC who just feels constant guilt for buying the crystal while drunk. Usually it's with a morally gray jerk who constantly abuses the power until he realizes he's fallen in love. It was a great book and i'm so excited to dive into the first of the series despite having read this one first.
Thank you to Edelweiss+ and the Author for a digital ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Plant lover and werewolf, Ben Rosewood, turns his life upside down when he drunkenly bids on, and wins a magical crystal on eBay. When it shows up, he finds himself in possession of a vampire succubus. Eleanora Bettencourt-Devereux has been trapped in the crystal for centuries. She is cursed to obey whoever possesses it. The tale that unfolds was fast-paced, entertaining and adorkable.
I loved Ben’s Plant Emporium with a new coffee shop and soon to be theater. Ben’s been living a quiet, perhaps uneventful life as he accomplishes his goals and helps others. Maybe a little too much, as he is feeling stretched. Eleanora shakes things up, and I loved the interaction between the two.
Eleanora agrees to help Ben by performing on stage and Ben agree’s to help her break the curse. Along the way, things get complicated, especially since Eleanora is under a curse. I loved watching these two grow into a couple, fumble and find themselves.
Of course, we see the previous couples and get updates. Ben and Eleanora’s quest to free her took us to some familiar places and trouble ensues. Hawley’s characters are ones you grow to care about and she wraps the tale in swoons and laughter.
I am assuming this was a trilogy, but would welcome more stories set in this world and town. Perfect for readers looking for supernatural small-town romances filled with humor and happily ever afters. This review was originally posted at Caffeinated Reviewer
