What an interesting and intriguing read! I really enjoyed this story. It is the second story in the "Alpha Team" series. Shawn, retired Navy Sea Bee, and chosen by Michael, archangel, to be a vampire hunter. Blakely, is a werewolf hunter and the leader of Alpha Team. These two team up to in this military read with a paranormal twist that kind of reminds me of Van Helsing. I love the creativity in this action packed read. It is crazy good.

Ted Cannon owns several diamond mines in South Africa. When there is an explosion in one of the tunnels, his only worry is for the men who were working there. Three years later, Shawn and Raphael walk into a trap. Once they take care of the vampires that are waiting to kill them, they go on the run to stay ahead of those trailing them. Blakely finds out that Shawn, Raphael, and Kazuko are missing and since she is a werewolf she is asked by Dison to go to Vatican City to find them. The number of action scenes in this story is so incredible I could not put it down. This story ends in a cliffhanger. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable read! Paranormal - demons, werewolves and vampires oh, my!

Looking for a good entertaining book to cozy up with?. Well, look no further. This book has it all; fast paced realistic plot and the numerous characters were interesting while cohesively working together. The immersion was fabulous throughout. One flaw though, the book ends on a 'cliffhanger'; as of SAT; 11252023 there was no indication for a follow-up to this particular series. That is NOT to insinuate the author does NOT plan on a sequel book three. It was NOT listed at the end of the second book. Anyone who may be into reading paranormal fiction -- this was a treat. Electrifing story

Fast paced with excellent character development. The transition between characters points of view can sometimes be a little confusing. But once you're used to it, it works. I have no idea where this story is going other than good triumphs over evil in the end. Or does it? I look forward to the next story.

This was a fun paranormal read and a great sequel. The characters were great and I loved the use of supernatural elements in the book. It left me wanting more from the series.
