Great resource for those wanting to get their feet wet in the knowledge pool of human resources. However it is NOT a substitution for coursework and other sources such as HRCI, SHRM etc......I encourage readers to glean from other sources Google if you have to but this is a great source to start. It had some great points that are still usefully today.
Didn't have what I was looking for actually - I was looking more for how office managerial and organizational duties, things like that. Wrong book for me but I think this would be great for someone who is in the position of running a business with their own employees.
