grab the tissues!

I’ve learned I have an anxious attachment style and wanted to research on this and see how to help myself have successful relationships regardless of this attachment style. This book breaks it down chapter by chapter and even further with subtopics that tackle every angle you may need to work on yourself! Absolutely loved this guide and it may have made me tear up realizing I am who I am and that’s okay. The author did a great job!

Okay. A bit long winded. Some good info. I just hate “self help” books.

Very informative book, written well, clean and explained things in plain English and not psychology buff. Lots of good advice in this book. Recommend.

It was a more scientificly accurate way to figure out why communication often misfires. Love how it broke down the attachment styles and ways to avoid or embrace and understand your triggers and identity what often can be the trigger of your partners.
