This books is targeted more at district office administration, though there are clearly building level ramifications to the concepts. There are are definitely good concepts for school leaders to consider, but I think that there are systems out there that are more practical for districts to consider during their planning and quality control processes.

I do not love rating Professional Learning books! However, this gives me the structure needed to improve our school and our systems! HRS! Great structure!!
