I've read this book twice now, and could do it again one day. It takes a lot of knowledge about how people think and behave and simplified into practical ways to inject with them with a steering focus of active listening which is defined with skills to use. Although some of the stores are extreme, there are practical examples how how to relate it to real life. All of it is on negotiating things for money, although I think it's value goes beyond that and I wish they're were more examples of basic conflict negotiation/ resolution.
