The loss of his parents and sister at the age of three has haunted James for years. The nightmare lives on in his memory every day of his life. He sat on the stairs crying and screaming as he watched and heard the screaming and crying of his mom and eight-year-old sister as they carried each one of them away. They never came into the house to get him. He didn’t see what happened to his father. He only saw the blood on the front steps of the house. He’s now thirty-five years old and his adoptive parents have passed away. It’s time for him to face his nightmares and go after those who took and killed his family.
Not alone, he and his best friend will face unnatural peril from the supernatural and disaster in their journey to bring justice to his family and himself and others unaware of the dead that surround them..
This thriller will not let you down. The suspense is riveting. As it unravels, each moment is a new endeavor or the set up for the next perilous moment. You will not be able to put this book down.

All of the 5 star reviews on Amazon have to be fake. This book was terrible. It was an interesting concept and the first couple of pages actually hooked me. It went downhill from there though.
The dialogue between the characters was cringey and awkward. The writing terrible. There were so many spelling and grammar errors (at least one per page).
Let's talk about the outlandish plot events too. I knew going into it that there would be some supernatural elements and that's not what I have a problem with. There's one point in the story where the main characters attempt to save their friend by giving him a blood transfusion. All 3 characters have their blood drawn for this person. You're telling me that all three characters happened to have the same blood type as this guy and they all knew it? Okay. Then later they inject holy water into this guy's veins!!! 😳
And the end?? Literally nothing is resolved.
Overall it could have been a good story with some very heavy editing, but it fell very flat.

I just wrapped up reading this captivating thriller and I couldn't put it down! The story centers around James and his best friend, Long, as they confront James's traumatic past and seek justice. The plot is packed with supernatural creatures and nonstop suspense. Each chapter presents a new challenge or sets up the next dangerous situation. The vivid descriptions and well-developed characters really bring the emotional and tense narrative to life. If you're in the mood for unexpected twists and a unique storyline.
OK this was quite the ride. If you like psychological and scary thrillers, this is a great choice. The writing is ominous and creepy and keep you going with every return of the page.
