The basis of the story is out the main character, Sylvie. After 20 years, her life changed completely. She is walking the fine line between greed and need. A mistake in her past brings her in contact with Stephen again.
There lives were meant to meet again. As the synopsis stated, "lives now intersect again and again, like the lines of an infinity symbol. She could no longer ignore the smoky hot sparks.
The characters were well developed. I found myself engrossed in the story, and could not put it down. I literally read it in just over 2 hours. (Yes, I am a fast reader).
Full of romance, and mystery, the book is well written.
I can't wait to read the other books in the series. I am glad I was given a copy of the book free. This is my honest opinion.
