First book of the year done, 29 to go!
I met Pete last summer at an event that was organized by one of my students. At that time I had already put together my version of a PBA. While not as robust as what he outlines in his book, I can certainly implement some of his ideas to improve mine.
Since I am nearing the end of my career I think the biggest takeaway for me is how can I be a better advisor for others. At this point, I figure I have about 8 years to offer.
If you are looking for ways to supercharge your relationships with mentors I would highly recommend Pete’s book to you!
