I can’t see a benefit in being too critical of a book like this. It has a lot of good suggestions that you can easily follow from start to finish or tweak to your liking. If you want a book (or ebook) vs googling meal plan suggestions, this is worth checking out.
Really great recipes. I love that they give you a shopping list for all of the grocery items you will need for the week’s meal prep. It was also great that they give you an order to start cooking/prepping to maximize time. **I did try one recipe for protein bites that would not come together even though I followed it to a T.
