Wow, another amazing book from Julie Trettel’s Westin World which isn’t surprising as I’ve read all the books/series multiples times. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I couldn’t put it down so I read it in one sitting. I thought Emmett and Paige were perfect for each other but they have quite a bit to work through in order to get their happily ever after but definitely worth it. Man, Paige is so strong with everything she’s had to suffer through, she’s a f*cken survivor that’s for sure. I wanted to reach through the pages and hug her and I can’t believe what her parents did. No matter how hard things got trying to protect her, they never should’ve done what they did and they don’t deserve her and never did.
I thought the chemistry between these two was completely off the charts, as well as hot as hell. I loved seeing all the Six Pack come together to surround Emmett and Paige with all the love and support they absolutely need. I’ve already pre-ordered Out of Peril, the next Westin Force Delta Series book, Wild Fires, the next Ravenden Series book and the next and probably final Six Pack Shifters Series book, His Treasured Mate which another book about Thomas & Lily which I’m hoping won’t be as an emotional roller coaster as Wyatt & Kate’s second book. I’m really looking forward to reading them all when they’re released during the year. I’d happily read any books from this world that Julie decides to write. I’d definitely recommend this book, series, all Westin World books and author to everyone.

This series was great but this book is undoubtedly my favorite. I have waited impatiently for Emmett to have his story and I was not disappointed although I was definitely surprised 😆 the title for this book is spot on because Paige has had a hard and wild life. I hope the kids will have stories in the future because I’m not ready to be done with the Six Pack!

This is book 5 in Julie Trettel's Six Pack Series, part of her Westin Wold. This is an interconnected standalone. You do not have to read the other books to enjoy this one it just helps to give you contexts for some reoccurring characters.
This was funny from page 1 with steam, suspense, drama, romance , true mates, and a HAE. I am a huge fan of Julie's, and I love her Westin World characters, but this quickly became one of my favorites of her books. Highly recommended.
Emmett is a hard-working cowboy who will do anything for friends and family, hoping but not expecting to find his true mate.
Paige is a lone wolf doing whatever is necessary to stay safe and alive. She's only had herself to count on, and she's not looking for nor needing a mate.
From the first time their eyes lock, you'll be routing for Emmett and Paige. They will become favorites of yours as well, and I can't wait to get glipes of them in future books

really good story!

I really like this story, it had its really sad moments from Paige's past but overall I love her character. She was strong and had a good will to survive the hand that she was given. It seems that her family was cursed. It only affects the 1st female born in that family where when they are in heat, which is once a mth it calls all unmated mates to her and puts them in a trance of sorts where they need to have her. There were times where a few become obsessed with her where in order for her to break free she would need to kill them. She did this multiple times in self defense. She meets Emmett in the Collier Park Territory w/out realizing it and instantly he knew she was his true mate and from there on he protected her the best way he could. I really like this story and the characters. I haven't read the other books before so this is my 1st from this series.

I made the mistake of expecting the same experience between Emmit and his one true mate in His Wild Mate, the latest book by Julie Trettle in her Six Pack Series. This one has all the same elements we’ve grown to love from all of her books, but it knocks the others out of the park. The depth of characters and how they interact with each other took me through so many emotions from laugh out loud belly holding humor to nail biting action that left me wanting to high five the FMC for being a survivor. The spicy scenes flow well with the storyline and add to the connection between the characters. We get peeks at past Collier pack characters which is one of my favorite things about Julie’s book series. I love the bridge between Westin Force and this book, but it wasn’t what I expected. I love that it took us into an entirely different direction than I had expected.

What can I say but Julie has played with my heartstrings once again. This beautifuly sad and gut renching story captures all levels of romance and passion with a level of growth with Emmett and Paige that only a romantic reader could ever want Emmetts with such Longing and stay true romantic and Paige's tragic story and unable to be free from her life compliments each other's strength and weakness. All our notorious beloved character from all series scattered with some new charming little ones and extended family . This story has it all with humour and our beloved six pack family what more could you expect. Truly couldn't put this one down. Can't wait to see what else Julie has in store for our leacays six pack

The Last Of The Six Pack To Fall
Emmett was the last and his story really showed the closeness of the six pack. I love seeing the bonds between the men and their mates as the series grew. It was great seeing how everyone stepped up to help Emmett and Paige even when their own lives are full and crazy. I got Kelsey vibes from Paige and I couldn’t get enough of her. The relationship between Willow and Paige was adorable.
I can’t get enough of characters from previous books making appearances and giving me glimpses into the lives. The next (and last) book in this series comes full circle and we get another Thomas and Lily. Thomas and Lily are one of my favourite couples so I’m so excited to get more of them.

The last couple of days have been busy for Emmett. Thomas promoted him to ranch manager as the majority of them were about to walk off the job, By the time he took care o that and slept a few hours; then a few of his ranch hands were mauled by a she-wolf it was his duty to find and kill her. Emmett had no problem finding her but he couldn’t oi it!

But after a look at Emmett, her wolf says it’s time to stop running. All she knows is running and with a stalker after her, she has no choice.

oh wow!
This is a great story! Love the Six Pack but Emmett might be my favorite one of them now. These two are the sweetest and most protective of each other. Life can be hard sometimes but it is easier when you have someone to share the hard times with. Emmett is that person you want in your corner during that time. Paige goes through so much and shouldn’t ever have to question whether she is loved. This book felt so real and made me feel a part of their world. Oh so can’t wait to see what happens next.

His Wild Mate…..was different than what Ms. Trettle has given us. Paige has live a trauma filled life since she was young. Being so independent, never being able to trust anyone until she runs across her mate. Her questioning it all, asking if she deserves it and Emmett is just trying to show her that he loves her and prove to her that she deserves to be loved and taken care of. My heart is just so full……with plenty of spice and some action thrown in, chefs kiss. This is my favorite book yet.

This is shifter romance at its best. Heartbreaking in areas and sweet in others. A great story that draws you in and gives you the best of reads. Not only do you get the loss of the six pack Emmett’s story, but you get a glimpse in to the wider collier pack, which is always a joy to read. Paige and Emmett story has a twist in a different direction, but is more joyful because of that.

Oh boy what can I say. Emmett is by far one of my favorite cowboys on the ranch. He waited so long and was the last to fall to the mating bond. He went through the ringer with this one. Fighting a mating bond that also had an alpha order working against him. He found a way and made it possible. This book just brought me so much joy... the sneak peak at the end with Lily and Thomas has me even more excited for the rest of their story.

I couldn’t put this book down. I wait for the weekends when I have more time to read books. I love Julie Trettel’s books. I also love all the members of the Six Pack so I was looking forward to Emmett’s book. The suspense throughout the book kept me at the edge of my seat. I love how the Six Pack stuck together as usual to protect Paige and how Emmett was able to work around Thomas’s protection. Can’t wait for her next book!

Great ending to the 6 pack
I have enjoyed all of Julie's books. The depth of the character was very profound. Ostracized from everyone, having to live and fight on her own, accidentally finding her mate to decide to protect others instead of just herself. It was a great woman empowering book with a strong and dedicated male. My only wish is to have more details of what the characters look like.

What a great read, not straight forward and different to the others in the series but a really good read.
Love Emmett and Paige, they’re very cute together but will her past dictate their future?
Great story and plot, love the characters and how they all mingle together. Lots of angst, some scary scenes, traumatic information, but the love and friendship is great. Some very steamy scenes, but not crude.
Overall a great 6 pack read.

An emotionally charged read that makes you feel so much for Paige and all the trauma she's been through. A continuation of the six pack shifter series, as always the relationship development is top notch with spice and plot both aplenty. You also get a new story and a follow up on previously loved characters. So good!

Omg Julie has done it again! I struggled to put it down. His Wild Mate kept me on the edge of my seat till the very end!
It is always fun to see old friends and meet new ones.

His Wild Mate has officially made it to the top of my favorites. Not a conventional story with the surprising twists. I devoured this story. Thomas and Lilly are one of my absolute favorite couples so their part in this story gave me a few good laughs. Loved it! As usual Julie weaves an awesome story.

So another different twist. I never give details. It feel it is a bit spicy, but nothing that can't be skimmed over so you would miss anything important.
It has a mystery about this one. So pay attention and maybe you can figure out the who done or vibe before they reveal it.

Saved the best for last
Such a wild ride. Oh my goodness, you never knew what was going to happen next. At one point I really wanted Emmet to kill dumbass. Yet reading that Paige got that privilege was even better. This was a great way to end TBE six pack series. I also hope we get a bear series sometime in the future!

I was absolutely blown away by this book. To say it was amazing and absolutely a page turner would not be saying enough. I do have to say that out of all the Six Pack books this one is now my most favorite one. I can't wait to hear more about them. I would love to see another book for Emment and Paige. They deserve it

I loved that things where slightly different for Emmett. That he had his mate but could finalise the details and that there was trauma, suspense, danger and chemistry of the chart it real made his and paige's story. Loved the gang back together and the banter between the six pack.

another excellent book by this author
I really liked this book and glad I’m done because I can go do stuff I need to do. I couldn’t put it down. You can do a series just on the six pack “pups”. Thomas needs a son. Just saying. This book like all her books had a little of everything and as always I love the author putting in humor. Now I have to wait for another’s book.

Loved! “His Wild Mate” was a little different then rest of the Six Pack series but in a good way. Paige and Emmett had some spicy scenes that flowed so well! Emotions were all over the place as I turned each page.

I loved their story and would love to know more about her "curse." The only thing I don't like and it's with all the books the reminders of who people are and who Westin force is. Other than that this book was exciting and I wished for it to be longer just as I do with all the books.

I received an ARC of this book and I loved it! I love Emmett and Paige’s story! I devoured the entire book in one sitting. Paige’s story really tugs on the heart strings and I love how they tied her past into this book as well. If you love wolf shifters and fated mates, this is the book for you!

I have been eagerly awaiting Emmett’s story since he was introduced in Can’t Be Love, and I have to say the wait was totally worth it. This story is one that tugs at the heartstrings, I was rooting for Paige and Emmett and was thrilled when they finally got their HEA.
