I learned about the author and book from an interview I watched online. I was excited to learn about a new practice and to find ways to apply it in my life.

The book is a disappointment. The printing is so poor that pages come out. It's not even 90 pages long, and the author is only willing to share the first two practices for free. If you want to use the wave fully, you have to pay extra. For someone who has emersed herself in spiritual practices for decades, the author seems to lack a mindset of abundance and generosity.

The wave appeared 13 years prior to writing this book and yet there is hardly any substance shared. How many interesting applications, experiences and learnings could be shared from her and her clients. We will have to pay again for her to reveal that in another book. I won't be buying it.
