I think I'd choose Maxim over Christian
4 1\2 stars ..... I almost gave up, the first several chapters were slow & hard for me to get into but once you get past that the book speeds up with excitement & Insta love & it doesn't slow down. Not as good as 50 shades but I'm Soooooo glad I stuck it out. It was definitely worth the read. ,2nd book just as good

Don’t run
I hate characters who run at the first sign of trouble. Alessia likes to run. Sort of. She gets better as the story progresses, but it’s not an attractive attribute. Loved the story.

Mister & Missus
This is the complete set of both of the these books by EL James and I could not put them down until I had read both of them from cover to cover. They were as good as her Fifty Shades series if not a bit better in my opinion.

These books were so good. 😊. Couldn’t stop reading. E.L. James is an amazing author. Once you start reading, you can’t stop. The storyline is captivating. Even when the book ends, you want MORE. Wish there was a follow up book.
