Cider Orange Chaos: Hadley Home Design Cozy Mysteries, Book #4:
I enjoyed this book, the surprise ending with Hadley's romance was a great twist.
The characters are well developed, and I loved the small-town setting. The story line will pull you in and keep you invested from the first page. There is a touch of romance, but it’s not over the top and too syrupy. It just adds to the twists and turns you’ll experience as you get lost in the pages. The hostile competition between the cat and dog cafes, the murder, Hadley's romantic relationship, what is going on with Hadley's cousin, all of these threads weave together to take you on a fun reading adventure.
I strongly encourage you to pick this book up ... in fact, go back to the first book in the series, Lemon Yellow Lies, if you haven't read it already, and fall in love with Hadley and the rest of the people in Darlington Hills. Her sleuthing skills and sassy attitude will have you wanting to return for another visit! My favorite book of this series is still Lemon Yellow Lies but looking forward to more in this series.

This is the first book I have read in the Hadley Home Designs series. But, luckily, I have purchased the first three books and am looking forward to going back and reading them. Huh, typical Hadley

Things are going better for Hadley. She's moved into the house, the tours have started, and work has been a little less stressful after Vincent gets a rescue dog. The downside? The dog came from the place that opened next door to her favorite coffee shop, and a direct competitor where her cousin happens to work. When the owner is murdered, and her cousin is a suspect, Hadley will have to help the police find the real killer.

Add another murder, and her knack for putting together the clues just a tad too late, and Hadley will again walk away with a few more aches and pains.

Emily Oberton wrote Cider Orange Chaos. This book was awesome the twists and turn in this book keep rethink what was next. There’s mystery, murder and a bit of romance in this book. If they ahad a cafe like what’s in this book I would be there a lot. You get your fair share of coffee and cats and when you went home they stay there. You can have both worlds lol 😂. I have read this book and I would recommend it. I got this free for an honest review and it was Worth it. Thank you Emily for writing it and can wait to see what’s next

Hadley is a designer & in her favourite cafe Whisks & Whiskers with cats, doing a new design for them. Next door is Tea-Bone cafe with dogs, deadly rivals!! The owner of Tea-Bone dies from an allergy to fungi, murder! Then the Whisk & Whiskers gets shut down, so Hadley suggests that they open up a food truck in the front of her home, Ladyvale Manor that gets lots of tourists visiting it for its history. Meanwhile Hadley has been asked to pretend to be dating Dennis at the Police Ball. There are a lot of twists & turns in this engaging story.

Hadley Sutton lived in the small town of Darlington Hills and suddenly Harvey Rafferty owner of the Tea-Bone Cafe is dead by poisoning . Michael becomes the main suspect. Aunt Deb is very upset. Then another death is discovered this time it is Leo. Hadley starts talking to her friends to find out clues so the real culprit could be caught. A very enjoyable and exciting read. This was another fun trip to Darlington Hills and had a number of various story arcs running through it.

The hostile competition between the cat and dog cafes, the murder, Hadley's romantic relationship, what is going on with Hadley's cousin, all of these threads weave together to take you on a fun reading adventure.

It was a fun read that I recommend. I received a free ARC and this is my honest opinion.

I loved the characters and how they all worked together. It was very interesting to see how she was able to get the character to see for themselves what was most important to them. I love trying to figure out who the murderer was and it took me almost the whole story to work it out with all the twist and turns. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a good cozy mystery.
