Richard DeNeut was the West Coast bureau chief for the photo agency and syndicate Globe Photos, which covered Hollywood for national and international publications. He has written for television and co-authored actress Patricia Neal's autobiography, As I Am. He compiled and edited Inside Hollywood: 60 Years of Globe Photos.

This is such a fun book, and I'll be paging through it more than once, I'm sure. The photos catch the stars at the very best, and some at their worst (those are the more modern photos, sadly). I love the snapshots of Hollywood parties, especially.
