This was fairly similar to other books in the genre (including those by this author, Ruiz and Castenada). This book was a bit more focused on beliefs and the exercises reflected this. While this was a pretty good book I'd recommend starting with the author's other book "The Toltec Way: A Guide to Personal Transformation".

Wow! Unbelievable journey of self-transformation as she studied with Miguel Ruiz and the late Mother Sarita.
