As leaders, we know change is necessary and constant. In order to gain a competitive edge, we must both initiate transformations AND successfully finish them. However, change can be daunting, messy, and full of risk. Is there a magic wand we can use to make it easier? Probably not. I believe I have figured out a repeatable way to make constant change, successfully, and want to show you how to do the same with your team.

I have over 30 years of professional experience working from frontline roles to boardroom reviews. In my early engineering days I fixed magnetic resonance equipment. In my executive years I fixed multi-billion dollar business operations. I continually strive to be an avid learner of contemporary change for business operations. I am a self-professed process junkie who loves continuous improvement work. When I realized a few years ago that my natural leadership tendency was to go to the frontline to engage in transformation, I knew this was what I was meant to do in life. It is my pleasure to share proven business operations leadership techniques to light up the intellect of your employees and the needs of your customers.
