Resilience. You’ve probably heard the word a zillion times. But what does it mean? How do you get it? Why does it matter? Is “resilience” just an abstract concept of the blackboard theory variety? Or is it a tangible, learnable skill that can help us through life’s challenges and emerge stronger and more capable?

Good resource

This book is a good resource for handling stress and the challenges of life. It gives practical ways to build resilience, like staying adaptable and keeping a positive mindset.
