A beautiful book that reignites a fire in your belly to reach for what you really want.
It's a step-by-step return journey to your authentic self by way of your own personal hot mess of anxiety and burnout.

What I learned in this book is that burnout is just the symptom of my soul saying, Hey, you're not living your dream.
That's why it's so powerful to take this journey and discover your Why.

It helped me move far beyond the firewall of stress and anxiety and low-grade helplessness to a place where I feel completely myself, calm, powerful, centered, and rolling with the waves as life unfolds in its messy way.

I highly recommend this powerful book. You won't be the same after reading it.

A fresh take on an OLD problem. It is so much more than a recovery strategy for burnout. It is about living a life that allows for so much more. The perfect accompaniment for anyone looking for a solution to feeling stuck in a hampster wheel life. Quickly discover a way through with easy to follow exercices.

Detaching from the expected hustle of society and finding ourselves is at the core of When what gives way to why. This book is empowering, helps reframe much of how we see life and work, and gives us the tools and exercises to start creating inner change. Loved it!
