Fell For A Goon
Change doesn’t happen overnight, especially for real a one.
Blick has been going to therapy for a few months trying to change how he handles those around him. To him, he can see the growth because there’s been a lot less body’s being left behind. That is until he meets Stori, a young lash tech from Florida. Their first encounter undoes everything Blick has worked to change. Her reckless driving and his anger clash and weapons are drawn. Now that the damage has been done, Blick’s therapist tries to help him correct his wrong doings. Only to find himself constantly having to revert back to his old ways. Fueling his anger with her fear and frustration.
Get ready to dive into the pages of this hilariously thuggish book to enjoy how enemies become lovers and see how a good girl fell for a goon.

This man is past unhinged, deranged and unbalanced maybe?! 😂😂 y’all ladies love the crazies and Blick is definitely one of them!! As a matter of fact the whole family crazy with not a lick of sense!! Loved this unconventional love story and it definitely kept me rolling through out the entire book

THIS STORY WAS SO GOOD AND REFRESHING!! BETWEEN BLICK AND STORMI..MAIN AND TINK YOU IN FOR A LOT OF DRAMA AND LAUGHS!!! DONT FORGET ABOUT MY BOY QT AND HIS PROBLEMS WITH HIS MAN!! I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HIM AS A FRIEND..

It's different but great
This book was a little different than her others. A stand-alone book with an intriguing story. Seeing the different relationships come together and work put on the end was incredible. I can not recommend this author enough.

This book was crazy as hell.. the shit was so funny. I hurt my damn side.. loved though.. I don’t think the therapy sessions are working for Blick and Stori is just as crazy has he is… I wanna know why his moma so damn angry???..

That Blick, Main, Qt, had me laughing through this whole book!!! Stori had her hands full with Blick too!!! I loved how they just fell in line/love with one another!!! Job well done!!!

What a goon!
I'm definitely perusing Mz. Wright's catalog after this read. Blick was a certified piece of work and the others weren't too far behind him. If you're looking for a light hearted story that still has a captivating plot and want to laugh out loud, this is the one.

too silly and ridiculous to complete
I tried several times to get into it, but I couldn't - way too far-fetched. I'm almost 20% in and still no spark to the romance, like get to it. Beyond disappointed that I picked this up

Still Laughing
This well written story kept me laughing till the very end. With it's crazy characters and storyline. Both families need help from the kids to the parents and grandma too. The drama created by their issues will have you laughing all the way through. I loved this read and especially the characters.

I love Ms.Wright, just not this one.
The only review that told the truth was the one that gave this a one star. But I still went in and read it for myself. I honestly had no idea where this story was going. Blick and Stori had too many run-ins before they finally got it together, and we were already past the halfway point with nothing happening. I kept waiting for the moment the story would actually start.
I really don’t understand why Sade even had a POV. Nothing kicked off with her. We could’ve learned she was a lesbian through Stori’s POV and kept it pushing. That alone would’ve shortened the book by a lot because it was long and drawn out. I almost didn’t finish because I hit a point where I was just like, okay… when are Blick and Stori actually going to get together.
Main’s POV felt unnecessary too. Nothing happened with him besides his cheating and baby mama drama, and all of that could’ve easily been shown through Blick’s POV. Main and Sage were both secondary characters whose POVs added nothing. Their chapters didn’t build the story. They just dragged it out even more. Every time I thought we were finally getting somewhere with Blick and Stori, here came another random POV from a secondary character that stalled everything all over again.
It gets a 2 because Mama and QT were pretty funny. Other than that, this story moved slow as hell for no reason.

I wanted to rate this 3 stars so bad
If the main focus/ chapters were just Blick & Stori, easy a 5 star read but it wasn’t. At one point there’s was soo much going on with the other characters instead of the main characters:

I might be a bit unhinged for loving and identifying with Blick, This was a good , humorous and quick read. The author did a good job of showcasing familial dysfunction, and I love the fact that she did not shy away from introducing the idea of therapy in the black community, especially with black men. She also didn’t shower away from topics that some may see as uncomfortable as well. All in all I definitely enjoyed the story and would love to hear more, but from Maine and Ron’s POV.

36% and still nothing
This was not a good book. I’m at 36% and there is still nothing with the supposed couple. It’s getting irritating if nothing else. EVERYTIME Stori sees block she feels the need to say something to him, to then act scared. I don’t even know what the story is supposed to be about. Block ain’t showed no interest in the MFC AT ALL. He basically treats her the same way he treats everyone else, we don’t even know if they’re attracted to each other. I’m not finishing the book.

Blick was of the chain frfr BDE for sure But he was toxic had me laughing my butt off Everything Blick did were extreme...
Stori tried everything to avoid him at all costs he comes and
First he flatten her tire
Then steal her grandma vehicle
Then he changed her condo around with her furniture Yeah he's crazy..
Her sister and best friend QT were no help at all
I recommend this book Hilarious 😂 some point Blick was different type of crazy 🤣🤣😆

Blick is insane
I knew stori was gone fall for his crazy self lol i did not think her twin was going to say she liked women that wasn’t something I was expecting at all. Also Qt was beyond funny he was not with the b.s. at all like sir how on earth can you help if you’re always scared. Stori was low key crazy too because she kept egging that man on to snatch her up lol I just knew they were stuck after the breakfast with the family.

GOOD BOOK!!!
Mz Wright you did the darn thing with this book. I loved it from the beginning. I absolutely loved Blink and all his craziness. The whole family was crazy. I hated to see it end. I highly recommend this as a good book to read.. I hope to hear from these characters in the future.

I have laughed so much in my life. This was really a good book to get me outta my slump. Blick was really on one. Meanwhile Maine knew he was messed up for messing around with Ro and Blick head. My girl Stori is a trip along with her best friend QT.

Blick 🔥🔥🔥 MUST READ
Blick is a special type of crazy 🤪, but I truly love him. The blues this man gave Stori was something else. Blick and Main definitely get their crazy from they Mama. Between Blick , Main, Mama, or QT, I don't know who has me laughing more. I truly enjoyed this book from beginning to end. Blick with his say Thank you every time he talking to Stori is hilarious 😂

This man pulled a gun out on her every 5 seconds and she fell for him. I love a good delulu book but there was no true romance or love in this book. The other characters having their own storyline also was very unnecessary.
