Target Acquired is the 14th book in the Justin Hall series and another awesome read. It is a fast paced, action packed spy thriller with a very well developed storyline and keeps pushing and testing Justin’s limits at every turn that kept me on the edge of my seat from the get go.

On Justin and Carrie’s current mission things go terribly wrong and very personal for Justin when his girlfriend, Karolin gets kidnapped. The lines Justin crosses are impressive and nerve racking and gets the needed result in acquiring the necessary information for finding Karolin and his current Op

The constant plot twists and turns kept me intrigued and surprised and I refused to put the book down.

I highly recommend this book and can read Target Acquired without reading the previous ones, I highly recommend you read them in order to get a complete picture of the path Justin, Carrie and Karolin have been on.
While I haven't read all of Mr Jones books, I sure have enjoyed the ones I've read and Target Acquired is no exception and well worth the read.

Thank you Mr Jones for another intriguing and exciting read and looking forward to the next book in the Justin Hall, Carrie O'Connor or Javin Pierce book.

Target Acquired
Justin Hall #14
By Ethan Jones

Justin Hall is about to face his most personal mission yet when it suddenly goes wrong and the person who means the most to him is captured. When a not so simple mission goes sideways Justin must decide just how far he will go to rescue his partner when she is captured by extremists in Tunisia.

And Justin is about to push the limits to get what he needs and it won't be pretty. And the consequences he'll just deal with them when the time comes. Get ready for some cringe-worthy moments. And time is against this op/rescue mission especially if they still want to achieve their objective. Justin may have to make a deal with the devil this time...

If you like intense action and suspense this newest Justin Hall book offers this and more. Just a word of warning Justin does go to extremes in this one and he pays a price. Now there is not graphic violence but there is violence that is described after the fact that might cause a bit of cringing at the thought of it. Overall this is another winner from Ethan Jones that will keep you reading. And there is an interesting setup for future missions.

Justin Hall novel, this time he's in Tunisia on a contract assassination, but before he gets the target he's girlfriend gets captured by the jihadist, and that's not good. Can Justin keep a cool head in the circumstances or will he go rogue? These are very strong plots quite unbelievable at times and against the odds, but the characters are strong both male and female, good fast pace. A great read, only thing I have found they are mostly of the Middle East, which is understandable as at the moment they can be bit volatile.

This is another thriller in the Justin Hall series and it won’t disappoint you. Once again, Justin Hall goes all out on his mission and this time it’s to save one of his own loved ones. He works with others but he is the one that goes through the most. He’s not afraid of anything and will do anything to help is partner, love interest. The book is full of twist and turns, murder and mayhem and a great read. It’s in the Justin Hall series but it can be read as a standalone. The author has done a great job of creating new stories for this exciting series.

Ethan Jones writes wonderful books that are a pleasure to read, I always look forward to a new one coming out. This one is no exception. I have got a little behind with my reading and am playing catch up. I had this one and his latest to read and I will be up to date. I am very happily doing that this weekend. Coffee, and fruit unfortunately not Justin's favorite Horton's are my companions while I binge read. I cant get that over here in the UK very easily. This story by the way was brilliant I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Target Acquired is the fourteenth book in the Justin Hall Spy Thriller series. You can read this as a standalone. Though I recommend that you read all of the books - because they are good and they help you to fully understand this storyline. There is a lot of violence, but you can expect that in a Justin Hall story. I really enjoyed this most recent installment. It was different than usual but well worth reading. What is usual is that Justin is just as good as normal in this one.

When things get personal, Justin brings the fight. Once I got started, I couldn’t stop. There are twists, turns, plots, and counter-plots that kept me guessing for the whole book. I was on the edge of my seat, madly flipping pages to find out just how Justin and Carrie were going to pull this one off. I really don’t care where the author takes us next, I can’t wait to go.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author.

Canadian Intelligence Service (CIS) Agent Justin Hall is on a mission in Sfax, Tunisia, along with CIA Agent Patton. Carrie, Justin's partner, and his girlfriend, Karolin, both CIS agents are in Tunis, Tunisia, on a separate mission.

However, Justin is now in trouble. Karolin has been taken by terrorists and he knows he has little time to get her back from them alive.

Follow Justin, Carrie, and Patton, and their contacts, as they do their best to follow orders from their bosses. as they hunt for Karolin.

This book is #14 in the Justin Hall series. Jones always makes each book a one-of-a-kind, stand-alone thriller, so you can read each one separately without relying on the previous one to gain information needed to read this one.

So, if you haven't read any of these books, then get started - now.

If you’ve got this far with the Justin Hall series you know what to expect from an Ethan Jones thriller and he always delivers. This time Justin is on the hunt for the terrorists that have kidnapped his colleague and girlfriend, Karolin. We see the lengths the agent is willing to go to in order to rescue someone he loves, even if he has to cross a few legal and personal boundaries. This story is crammed full of action and bursting with a tense plot. It flew by for me, I only wish I’d had more spare time to read it because it was a real ‘page turner’ that I hated to put down. Simply put: Ethan Jones delivers again with a great story line and fast paced action.

The choices we make

The state of the world today makes me really wonder if the author, Ethan, had predictions in the past. The difficult decisions that had to be made on the fly really shows the choices that have to be made for the better good. The stress of having to stand on the sidelines, supposedly, shows how heart wrenching decisions can be. Having actually been hurt shows that Justin is really just a normal human like the rest of us. His caring of friends and loved ones has no limit. A bit of a heart warming there as they continue to fight for their lives to make the world a better place.

Target Acquired. Ethan Jones

Canadian operative Justin Hall is on assignment in Tunisia. A sanctioned assassination. One of his partners, his girlfriend is captured by terrorists. Her life can be measured in a few short days if she is not rescued. He has been told to stand down. His personal feelings could hamper the missions objective. Justin has other plans and contacts an Italian operative to assist him. Non stop action from first to last page. Enjoyed immensely!

The Justin Hall series is just flat fantastic!!  Even though we’re following the same characters, this is not cookie-cutter writing by any means.  The story line I well-developed and flows smoothly, through many twists and lots of action that keeps you turning the page, instead of turning in for the night.  The ending has a surprising twist that’s the cherry on top of the sundae!  I highly recommend this book, as well as the entire series.

While on assignment in Tunisia one of Jason Hall's partners, who is also his girlfriend, is captured by a group of terrorists. While Jason is told by his boss to stand down and let his other partner, Carrie, and the CIA partner working with them handle the rescue attempt, Jason contacts a friend to assist him in doing whatever he can to save Karolin. Not everything goes as planned, but does it ever?

Whatever it Takes

Ethan Jones has another winner in his continuing Justin Hall saga. What would you do if the love of your life was taken hostage when an op goes wrong (an op you didn't want her on anyway)? For Justin, the answer is easy: whatever it takes & the hell with the rules. Exciting read; a page-turner.

Action a Spy

Having read several books that have spy’s and are considered thrillers this book left me wanting more. More from the characters and story line. It is a good book but does not rise to greatness. Big D

Heart stopping Action

This is a well-written story with heart stopping action. There is never a dull moment as it often appears Justin Hall and his team will never survive. One is kidnapped and the team cannot seem to find her. Will she be alive when they do? Captivating read!

Did not enjoy this so much

Justin’s actions, decisions & attitude are blurred & impaired by having his girlfriend as a partner.
I enjoyed the earlier books much more they were riveting & I’m sorry to say but to me this series is slowly going downhill, this is just my view on this book & is not to take away from the excellence of previous books. I just couldn’t get into it like others.
