A long time ago I was born in Los Angeles. That's where I spent many of my formative years. After I became an adult, I moved around for a bit before ending up in a small town in Oregon, very similar to Bailey's hometown. Greenhearth is fake, if you haven't already Googled that, but it's like many small towns with less than 1,000 people.
My pets... I love animals, especially my two even if they do create havoc in my daily life. I have a cat, named Snowstorm, Storm for short. Then I have a rescue, Josephine. She's a Labradoodle - I think. It's hard to say but it's the best I can come up with.
What I'm working on... I'm already working on the next book in the series - was working on it before Bad Attitude came back from editing. And now that it has released, need to stay on track with A Bit Aggressive.

This series of books is another one I’ll be reading over and over again. I’ve only found two others that make me feel like this. My first series and first love, will always be the Valdemar series by Mercedes Lackey, but now I’ve found more.
Julie and Taylor are finally married. She is the heir to the Eternal Throne; her new city plans are a work in progress and she is getting used to her new Luna powers. Eglatine is growing and has plans to retake the Deep to free the dragons. But before much can happen, Mina Nox escapes and manages to destroy a village in the Forest of the Mystic Dusk, the ancestorial home of the Aether Elves, Taylor’s original homeland although he’s never been there. Setting off with her usual group as well as High Queen Ilsa, Julie is trying to catch Mina before Mina finds the Questing Beast, a mythical animal that can cure anything. But when they discover that the beast will only answer to a Pendragon, it becomes a mission to capture Mina before she can get back to Mordred. There are a lot of elven politics between Ilsa and the local king, she must prove she is worthy to rule everyone. There are a few different things happening in this book but everything works well together. There is action, surprises, suspense and humour. Again it is an easy, quick, enjoyable read.
I really have been enjoying this series, I like the characters and the setting, however I’m getting a little frustrated with the storylines basically repeating themselves for each book. Julie is always on the go, always headstrong and rushing into danger, and always stubbornly jumping feet first into the battle. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still eager to read each book, but the predictability of how things will go is a little annoying. I mean, I think she’s only lost one, maybe two, of her battles with the antagonists. Anyhow, a fast paced read with lots of action.
Julie is working on helping Al train Eggy and the rest of the Dragons when Taylor asks her to help his sister and go to the Mystic Dusk with them to reunite the Aether Elves. She has a lot on her plate as she is also trying to figure out her lunar magic, get the new town built, and track down Mordred, but she will do anything to help her husband and the realm. I love this series, all the characters are great and the storylines keep your interest from beginning to end. I can not wait for the next book.
well, the saga continues. I continue to enjoy the series, but it is becoming pretty predictable in the general structure. I like the fact that Eggy is coming into her own and really starting to make a statement! It was good to see Taylor really step out in this one too. He had taken a pretty big step back for Julie to constantly be the main attraction. The "Princess" duties start to take a priority in Julie's expected performances, of course she continues to fight that (per usual).
Continuously exciting and entertaining books in this series!!!!
Congratulations to Renee Jagger and Michael Anderle for this intriguing series. It’s extremely hard to find such interesting and exciting authors who not only write intelligently but also provide top rated plots, characters and excitement in their stories. I’m really looking forward to the next book.
Another showdown between light & dark. Light's champion (our POV) has learned much since she absorbed the goddesses essence. Those fighting on the side of light have meshed into a unique fighting force and there are new creatures added daily. The final battle is yet to happen but it's getting close.
Now, we have a marriage. And, a menemy, who lives to spoil moments. Mordred wants the spotlight soooo badly. And our Jules just keeps upstaging him. Alas.
But…
We also get (drumroll, please and thank you) - Unicorns! With…fangs … and muscles… and colors! Who knew? Taylor comes into his own distinction as an Aether elf that is inspiring and heartwarming.
Loved this installment within the series. It is definitely building up for the grand finale. The drama is addicting and the payoff is well worth it. I love every bit of this story and wait with glee to see how it all ends. The journey is unbelievable.
Another great adventure with Julie and T. Love these books. Well written and entertaining. Characters are fun and Interesting. Can't wait for the next one.
