Useful information

This book is great. It is well written and easy to understand. It teaches you about nonverbal communication and why understanding it is essential. It has exercises throughout to help you learn to recognize and understand the nonverbal cues. It also has examples as to why understanding them are important. I recommend the book to anyone who wants to learn to be more open to communication.
