Quite often enjoying an adaptation of a piece of work originating from a different medium, like this one, doesn't necessarily make me want to go out and seek out the original. In this case, although this graphic novel is extremely powerful in its own right, in some way this merely suggests at the depth of interest to find in the original book.

Having said that the writing is tight and well paced, the art is perfectly matching to the writing in that it is expressive and suggests so much more, and the lettering couldn't be clearer and is totally unobtrusive to the storytelling.

I thoroughly enjoyed this thought provoking allegory.
