Jessica Campbell had it all, a successful career, and a beautiful home until one night two strange men entire her home - poisoned her and took her away.

Jessica wakes up in a dark cell with no way out and bandages around her face. As she calculates the men's every move and tries to find a way out, she is partially aware that they have something planned for her.

At the beginning I was drawn to the premise and the story, everything was so bingable. I was having a really good time. It was interesting, it was different... The strong sexual scenes caught me by surprise. Thought some of it was not my cup of tea and I ended up flipping past that, I still enjoyed the story for the most part.

The ending was a little out there and the reveal was halfway disappointing, I was expecting something more.

I did enjoy the authors writing style and would read more in the future.

Wow. Seldom do I read books written by female authors, specifically because so many tend to waste an inordinate amount of time either on mushy love or babies, neither of which interest me. I took a chance on this book because the storyline sounded intriguing. Again, wow. This new (??!) author is brilliant, smart, and wickedly creative. The plot is mesmerizing, and will keep you reading way beyond the time you normally shut off the lights and go to sleep. Only complaint? A bit too much very graphic sex. Highly and enthusiastically recommended by me, a rabid and very discriminating reader. Bravo.

Psycho

This book puts the psycho in psychological thriller! Page turner, couldn't put it down. Highly recommend. I'm excited to see what else this author comes put with especially if this is her first book!

Excellent read!

Gripping and attention grabbing from start to finish! My only complaint... there's not a book 2 - yet (I hope). I'll definitely be on the lookout for more from this author!

A strong, intelligent woman

Strange plot, great sex, love story about justice other than through the legal system. Women can be gutted in every way by men but never underestimate their intelligence or tenacity in evening the score. Hard to put down

Great start

I was hooked at the very beginning and couldn't wait to turn the pages. Sadly about half way through the book it started to fall apart and it got more disjointed as the characters progressed. I finished it , hoping it would come back together but sadly it did not.

Engagement g

Excellent pace I would have given it 5 stars but for the explicit sex scenes I found them completely unnecessary, they added nothing to the story.

Gross

I wanted to find out why she was abducted, but it just got too filthy for me. A well-written sex scene can be beautiful, but this was just trash.
