Чтобы понять как нужно строить свой бизнес можно прочитать две книги. «Управление фирмой, оказывающей профессиональные услуги» — первая книга. «Путь собственника: От предпринимателя до председателя совета директоров» — вторая.

Книга поделена на 4 части — Стартап, Начальный рост, Быстрый рост и Постоянный рост. Открываешь книгу → Определяешь на каком ты и твой бизнес → Читаешь нужный раздел → PROFIT!

Сама по себе книга — экстракт знаний. Без воды и лишнего пиздежа. Но и у такой выжимки есть своя выжимка :D — в конце каждой главы есть краткий конспект всего, о чём шла речь. Такую классную структуру я встречал только в книге «100 Things Every Designer Needs to Know about People»

Easy read and excellent advice. It is broken down logically into the stages of business growth and offers specific information about the changes required to be successful at each stage. Highly recommended for any entrepreneur who is growing a business or finding themselves having to evolve from entrepreneur to CEO.

Largely an outline of growth principles bulked out with unattributed anecdotes from purportedly successful founders. If you’re looking for something quick to orient yourself or a swift catalyst in a mental growth jam could be helpful.

It wasn't great but it wasn't terrible.

The book was redundant at times and I had a disconnect with the quotes/advice from the interviewed entrepreneurs and CEOs. They were anonymous so there wasn't much context in their advice at times and I really would have liked to know who was giving that advice, what company they were with, etc.

There was plenty of good advice and some very interesting insights into the minds of small business owners.

I found it helpful but not too exciting.

Wow. I did it. It took 9 years to read this book. I decided on every new chapter when I met this challenge in real life. A little bit late with the latest part of the book.

A great book with the best testimonials of real CEOs, excellent structure, and action items for each step.

The first chapters work for every team leader, not only for CEO.

Entrepreneur to CEO- great book showing and explaining what it takes to achieve growth. The authors did an outstanding job looking into the little things that can make or break a leader from the start up days to the vision of the future.
