To save the dragons, we must save each other.

It was supposed to be simple. Expose the truth, save the dragons. That was before we knew the perverted source of the priests’ power. The savage lengths our enemies will go to keep it.

Our foes don’t want us dead. They want us broken.

Love is our bond. Our salvation. Our power. But will it be enough to keep us from shattering?

The lives of all dragons are on the line.

The exciting conclusion to Her Royal Dragon Pack series is here.

“E adesso?”
No, davvero. Noooo.

This series was fantastic. I don't think I put this book down!

There was so much I enjoyed about this book. The battles (it wasn't just one!), the discoveries, the connections made, the growth of the characters... it was so well done.

One specific character I found myself liking more than I thought I would was Ettienne. He came off as a huge jerk earlier in the series (an understatement). He seemed hard, cruel. While he may have been those things most of the time, he also has a wicked sense of sarcastic humor that I actually love.

The battles scenes in this book: Fantastic. They were drawn out the perfect length of time, in my opinion. There wasn't a ton of build up just for it to be over abruptly, nor did they drag on and on. Another great thing is that not all of the characters were black and white, good guys / bad guys. There was definitely some morally grey in there (some closer to the black side!), but we can see them for who they are and why they make the choices they do, for the most part.

One random question that kept popping into my mind, though, was... what happened to the maid that Kit had on the ship? It sounded like she was supposed to help her longer term, as she was "proving her worth" to the royal family in hopes they'd keep her on, but we never hear of her again. It's not a big plot hole or anything, but it still had me curious.

Anyway! That aside, it was a great series, one I'd absolutely recommend and read again!

Great Ender

I enjoyed this book. Multiple point of views, and it didn’t favor any of the guys so we had equal amount of view points from them with Kit having the majority. I didn’t re read the previous books when this one came out but I did put in a in depth synopsis review of the last book so that helped. All the foreshadowing of the previous books came to a head and it just tied it all together like a perfect little bow. I do wish we got to see more of what happened After they claimed victory over Salazar and the priests. Would have been nice to read more about the little one, Lilith. Especially Quinton and Lilith. The last few sentences just melted me. I read some of the reviews of this book before I started it and there was a few saying that the climax happened to quickly. I don’t agree at all. The whole book was basically was the climax. The lead up to the end took us was like a roller coaster. Described so naturally, I could picture it all in my mind. Alex did an incredible job entrancing me, I flew through the book. I was disappointed to read I only had 20% more to go before it was done. Seriously great series ender!

I really do not know why the reviews are so good for this series. I read the first one and then skimmed the last 3 out of mild curiosity. Along with some really silly typos, there wasn't nearly enough plot for 4 books. I also found a lot of the language used really jarring considering the setting. Like we get "crop tops" but can't say the word "f**k" and instead swap it for "rut"? And there were other instances of slang that didn't really fit.

I also had a hard time with the names. Some of them were just really random, or bad. A priest named Juan? The father named Ettienne? (Which is French for Steven). And a son with the name Hauck? Are we hawking a loogie?

Besides the names, which were certainly a choice, this isn't particularly memorable. Aside from a side character named Autumn, who I am sure is relevant to some other series, and has an obsession with chocolate and sweets. Seriously every time she shows up the author takes time to describe her eating a bunch of cake. Or pulling chocolate out of a pocket. Or something. Literally why?!

Overall I like this series. It’s relatively fast-paced, interesting, spicy, and has a lot of the tropes I enjoy (touch her and 💀, powerful FMC, RH, fantasy).

That said, the things that irritated me about the previous books still hold true here (the, ‘pushing you away for your own good’ trope, the switches in tense and 3rd person with the MMC POV). Also, I found way more spelling/grammar errors in this one (“vile” instead of “vial,” “breath” instead of “breathe” etc on multiple occasions).

The storyline is relatively predictable but I still enjoyed it. We got to see some crossover with the ‘Power of Five’ characters as well.

The story ends with a “happy for now” but with a bunch of loose ends still open, leading me to believe a sequel is in the worlds.

So overall I enjoyed it, but not sure whether I will necessarily recommend to others.

This was a great ending to the story. I love how we got to see more of Cyril because until now he’s been the enigma of the group. I like his character arc and while I love that Etienne turned out to not be a bad guy, his death talking about Cyril taking care of his grandbabies was just heartbreaking. Kit really came into her own in this book which was great to see. I was not expecting all the lore of the human wronged by dragons and gifted rune magic to get revenge over centuries. It was a good spin. Love Autumn’s involvement. She’s just badass. Would love an Autumn novella. I do wish we had more time with Lilith and the guys. We see her meet them all but I’d have love to see more of them in dad mode.

Thank God I finally got to the end of the series, the end of the mystery, and the dawning of the new era with a female dragon finally able to carry on the species. This was a whirlwind of... I don't even know what to say about it. I found Kit the most interesting - especially when her history and heritage became known - and the Princes had a little bit of growth, but honestly I think most of it came when it became apparent that Kit was actually a Dragon. I could have really enjoyed this if the sexual content didn't seem to be the main driving force holding their tenuous relationships together.

I see that this series is popular, and that a lot of people really love it. That's great. It just wasn't for me.

Okay look. I loved this story, I’ve loved all 3 Lunos stories I’ve read. That said, I downgraded this from a 4 to a 3. I can get over typos, it does bother me but we’re moving on. What I cannot forgive is publishing “retracks” when what you meant is retract and “weather” when you meant whether. I got past retracks and a quarter of the book later ran into “weather” and was so beyond annoyed I went back to find them both and save them as quotes on my kindle. Don’t get me wrong, I still loved this story as a whole and as a series it’s a 4.5 from me. This book, though? Oof. I also did not find the end very satisfying. You know when they’re mid boss battle with double digits left until it’s done you’re going to be left unsatisfied and in that it didn’t disappoint.

Concludes series

Fantasy, rh, royalty, magic, dragon shifters, lost heritage, enemies to lovers, trials and hidden evil. Review ing the entire series, this is as a whole an excellent fantasy adventure. The described world is uncomfortable and perverse, especially in the first few books. As time progresses the mysteries behind the world are slowly revealed. It would have been a five star product except for the irritating editorial issues. Many times the wrong word is printed confusing the reader. The book is able to distinguish between its and it's, while confusing weather and whether among other words.

I really looked forward to this final book in the series, but it was underwhelming to say the least. Which is irritating, because most of the book was decent, and the only reason I’m rating it as high as I am. The ending was rushed and unsatisfying, the full quint was hardly ever together, and the series deserved better. Not to mention the untold number of typos in this book, making me think finishing it was rushed.

I am so disappointed 😭 I’m an Alex stan but this was not it!!! I mean the story was fine and wrapped up in a good way, but there was almost no spicy scenes!!! Plus there wasn’t a group spicy scene?!?! I mean are we reading RH or what?!?!? Plus it felt like the characters really weren’t staying true to how they had been the whole series until this point, mostly Tavias and Cyril. Idk this was a huge letdown after a long wait. And I say that with love 😭

Great conclusion!

Eeee! Not only was it a hard hitting, action packed conclusion but the crossover!!!

I love love LOVE Po5 so to see Lera and Kai added with Autumn was perfection!

This last book was full of feels. Ettienne being the biggest one. Plus the babies! 🥰 Hopefully we get more of them in later series too.

The epilogue was great! Who knew the big B would be the one to keep the dragons in line.

Overall, I enjoyed the full series. The heroine jumps in to help everyone as an instinct and doesn't have a woah is me attitude. She is very confident. The dragons have deep characters and although they each have a nickname for her, it isn't overused as I have seen in similar books. There are also steamy scenes through out, but they didn't seem to be the focus of the story. There really was a story that didn't really even need that part.

Her royal dragon pack (4books)
Alex lidell
Fantasy 18+ reverse harem abusive explicit
A human salve and 4 dragon princes.
Tavia, Quinton, cyril and houck all dark and brooding.
They were the typical kind of ass abusive and mean type of guy.
She was the typical FMC that goes from slave to queen. So not much there. It was an entertaining read but it got confusing at times.
This books have A lot of explicit sex and rough scenes… so be advised.

Kit’s actions are insufferable. I also wish there were more or at least another scene of them all together since I felt like we lost a lot of the essence of them as a pack in this last book as a majority of the times they are all separated from each other.

Also,

“We all turn, my eyes widening as I behold Quinton standing at the back wall, a chubby fae girl asleep in his arms while shadows wrap father and daughter together.”

I thought she’s Kit’s sister?

Dragon’s future

I enjoy all three of the previous books. They were so intriguing if you wanna keep reading. Then you say we have to wait for the fourth I felt let down. And you make it like isn’t another book coming from the series, it sounds like there should be a number five from the ad that you put on this book?

Dragons Future

This is the last book in the series or so it seems. There is a small hint to something more. Kit and her mates not only have to fight the priests but also Salazar. There are many things that come to light and the ending will have you hoping this author brings you more from this world.

Queen

For a dragon who once could not access her dragon on command, Kit will be queen of the dragons. Mated to the king and his brothers, she is the only dame dragon left, until a female hatches from the eggs they brought back to the palace. They had been kept in stasis by their sworn enemy by his priests and their runes. They are free now!

Awesome ending.

It was worth the wait. I loved the relationship between the dragon males and kit. Each one was so different, and yet they all melded together so beautifully. I definitely recommend this book and the whole series if you haven’t read it, it is an amazing story.

Great Ending.
Kit's adventures coming together in the final book keep the reader hooked. The story, characters and evolution of her into her powers was well written. I loved how it ended with all of them her pack. Definitely recommended series.

🤩

Man this book kept you on your toes. I had a hard time putting it down. Having to concur the priest, family, loosing family, finding new family, allies, it’s mind blowing. I do wish for a little more. An epilogue of a year or two later just to see how they’re doing.

Good story!

I enjoyed the story and the mystery behind the prophecy. I would have liked to have an account of what happened at Kits' coronation. I am going to check out Lidells' other books. This was a good series.

This was a great wrap up to the series. You have friendship, family, cute dragon babies, all the action comes to a head, and it was still steamy. It left me wanting more. I hope these characters will be revisited in a new series. Possibly with Prince Kai as a main character?

Nearly DNF’d several times. Something about this book just didn’t have a good hook to keep me engaged. Very disappointing considering how much I loved the first 3 books. Glad I finished to see how the story ends though.

Disappointed with ending

I enjoyed this series but it felt like things didn't really get wrapped up for me. It ended too quickly and really just felt like it needed another book. When the book ended I was seriously confused and made sure there wasn't another book.
