okay. I think this will start to get more interesting

This will be a review for the series as a whole (kinda) I read the first half-ish of this over a year ago and then skipped through the second half until the end and read that. Stopped at some important parts but more or less skimmed the second half. I reread chapter 40-50 and some of the end today and I don’t know why I skipped the second half really. I love stories where a character does something bad and tries to atone for it and pays for their sins but they actually succeed. Also I’m not suicidal. TW:

But a little 13 year old me was. And she believed that if she died. She would stop suffering and maybe then. People would care about her. And reading stories where people think this and then they learn it’s not true. Heals a part of me. I love reading stories were a character is suicidal but they learn that their life is worth so much more or that they shouldn’t die for the satisfaction of others. I love seeing the will to live return to the eyes of characters. (Not tris. Divergent is a whole other story man). I also love how this story flip flops. AND I DEVOUR the scene were he realizes she kills herself and wanted to kill herself. The despair. The desperation. The raw emotion. Beautiful. Good shit. And now he’s suicidal and wants to die to make her happy but will realize that he shouldn’t live his life dictated by others (or more realistically he realizes that she loved him again and now he wants to live I told you I skimmed the ending all I know is he gets shot and she says she loves him then she gets pregnant and he proposes to her Idfk man).

I digress. Good writing. The little tiny baby 13 year old suicidal girl in me loves this shit.

So far, this manhwa is full of misunderstandings. It's frustrating how the main leads are not communicating with each other. I also feel bad for the female character, as she doesn't have anyone by her side. I will be dropping this manhwa for now as the recent manhwas I've read are traumatizing, but I will try picking it up again next time.
