Three determined heroines, three unexpected heroes, and three sweet and steamy stories with all the warmth of the holiday season!
Book 1, Krampus and the Crone: Ostracized by the village, Jaelle poses as an old witch to eke out a meager living. When she goes in search of two missing children, she doesn't expect to find a massive, horned alien - one who sees through all her disguises. Can they work together to grant two lonely orphans their holiday wish for a family?
Book 2, A Gift for Nicholas: Jenna is a hard-working single mom with no time for fairy tales. She dismisses her daughter’s stories of a mysterious horned Santa living in the woods as no more than the imagination of a precocious child - until the day her daughter doesn’t return home. Her frantic search leads her to a crashed spaceship and an enormous horned alien warrior. He’s bossy, arrogant - and has a loneliness which matches her own. Can she show him the true meaning of the holidays?
Book 3, A Kiss of Fros When Katerina is faced with an unwanted marriage, she takes her younger sister and runs, only to discover a small band of misfits hiding in some ancient ruins. Their fight for survival grows even harder as the holidays approach - until a horned alien warrior appears in their camp. Can the warmth of the holiday season thaw his frozen heart?
These sweet and steamy holiday novels are intended for mature readers.
The Horned Holiday Series is a perfect trio of holiday love and merriment! I absolutely adored this series and give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
Book 1: Krampus and the Crone Book 2: A Gift for Nicholas Book 3: A Kiss of Frost
Each book centers around a very uptight militaristic alien who crash lands on a “primitive” planet that’s kind of like earth. This planet is inhabited by humans who managed to make the journey from earth generations ago.
These commanders are stuck on this planet until they can repair their ships and move on. However, before that happens, they stumble upon a woman, and she ignites feelings in them that they aren’t supposed to feel.
Back on their planet, there’s no love, there’s not even sex. Marriages are all arranged and when a child is produced it’s through artificial means. It’s drilled into everyone that these feelings are immoral and will cause them to lose control.
Being around a woman has them questioning their lives and what they truly want. In the end they all find their own version of love and a family. There’s a HEA in each book.
I really enjoyed watching how each MMC processed their feelings and realized how deserving of love they were. I also really liked how they incorporated their high tech into the everyday lives of not only their families, but the community as well.
Each FMC was strong and a force to be reckoned with. All of them had people to care for and were surviving the best they could. I loved watching them realize they also deserved love, happiness, and even a little help after sacrificing so much for others. And watching the children accepting the men as father figures will melt your heart. I’m a sucker for a found family trope.
The spice in these are all gradual build ups. Once it gets spicy though, it’s so passionate! ❤️

Krampus and the Crone 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️&2🌶️🌶️. Oh my gosh this was so great! I have always steered clear of alien romances as I thought they wouldn’t be for me. So this was my first try! Safe to say it has changed my perspectives! It’s not a traditional holiday story by any means, but I like the twists on the folklore of Krampus and the backstory is very intriguing. And what about that drone eh? Something odd happening there. I’m convinced it’s not one of his drones! Anyway, I’m definitely continuing to the next book, obviously! Away I go…
A Gift for Nicholas 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️& 1.5🌶️. This was equally as cute as the first book, but it was a tad repetitive in parts. I did read them back to back however so this likely influenced this feeling. It was interesting to learn a little more about what their technology was capable of in this one. I am intrigued by the final instalment of this series but I really really hope it’s not as repetitive! I am considering leaving it until next Christmas sometime for this reason.
A Kiss of Frost 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️&2🌶️🌶️. Aww I think this final instalment was my favourite of the horned holidays collection! Yes they are all very repetitive, especially if you read back to back like I did. But they are still adorable. I’ve always stayed away from alien romances before, but I like the similarities between the races which almost makes it “normal”. The winter/snowy imagery of all the books is lovely, and the adorable relationships with the children being a nod to Christmas time. The drone animals are adorable, who doesn’t love a devoted animal type sidekick! I’ll be much more open minded to these aliens in future.
This book has 3 monsterous Christmas Romances stuffed into one. It's full of feel-goods, laughs, & spice.
Krampus and the Crone: A pretend witch (so she can make a living)goes to search for two orphans and also finds a horned alien Krampus. Can they be the family the orphans wish for 4 Xmas? So cute, funny, & heartwarming.
A Gift for Nicholas: A single mom doesn't believe her daughters stories of a horned Santa in the woods until her daughter goes missing and she finds them in a downed spaceship. Can they give this lonely alien Santa a family for Christmas? So cute! I loved how gruff the alien was out of loneliness and not having anyone. I could stay in this world forever. Bringing all the Christmas feel-goods to my yard lol.
Kiss of Frost: Grabbing her sister and running away from her unwanted marriage is just the beginning. As they attempt to hide in ancient ruins, they find an abandoned group of ppl struggling to survive. Christmas is coming and the survival is only getting harder. Until a grumpy & horned alien appears... Can they get him in the Christmas spirit of giving and receiving?
I'm living for these cute and spicy Christmas stories. All the motives add up, we start with a grumpy Krampus like alien only for him to feel the Christmas magic pull, will all of our families have an amazing Christmas? Read the book to find out!
Uplifting and perfect Christmas reads, each book has a new couple and their HEA and can standalone.
Read whatever makes you happy fellow book lovers! Then tell me about it lol.
Oh I thoroughly enjoyed all three of these holiday alien books! They were sweet yet steamy and they all had characters to fall in love with. They also all had a found family trope to most of them. All the females were strong, truly independent women who don’t need a male in their life, but realize that with love? It just makes it all the better and makes them stronger together. None of them are man hating, they just have learned how to take care of themselves. Mostly out of necessity. Krampus and Nick are strong leaders in their race and they are a bit formal as they strive to figure out these “primitive” ways. Jack was Nick’s assistant and never felt like he quite fit in on the home world, so he is a bit quicker to accept what is going on and making the best of it. They were all fantastic characters and I loved the twists on our classic holiday stories! Definitely recommend!
These three stories are the sweetest, most adorable snowed-in, stranded on a different planet, alien romances ever. Each has a slightly different theme and story, but all have the same feel-good vibes and similar tropes. They are all interconnected but could be read out of order if needed. These are on the lower range of the spice scale but do still have some in there. Plenty of cheese, not too much world building. Just light and sweet romance.

OMG! What wonderful creative stories about Krampus, Santa and Jack Frost. The way they were told using the aliens as subjects was inventive. Storylines were exceptionally clever as they interacted with the humans and acclimated to their new planet. Dangers for some and adventures for all as they achieved their HEA. Thank you Honey, I can't wait for more - well, not really because I'll be reading more of your books while I wait!
These three Christmas-themed novellas were a quick and easy read. In each, an alien warrior who has crash landed on an alien planet that is populated by humans whose colony ship also crash landed on the planet a few generations earlier. Each of these alien warriors find themselves aiding a woman who is independent and capable. The stories are humorous, sometimes silly and good escapist reading.
Every story seemed to be a cut and paste of the previous one. Usually this writer puts some effort into a storyline but not with this... Insta love, insta lust, insta family within pages. If all you want to read is under the covers, this is for you. Just don't expect anything else. Deleting even though I paid for it.
The drones are a charming touch. Interesting mix of technology and primitive. I especially enjoyed the drone and references to her backstory. I would enjoy more stories in this universe, with different aliens crashing the party.
There are three good stories in this book that all reference christmas. Krampus, Santa, and Jack Frost. I enjoyed every story, and they all end up intertwined. Very enjoyable reading these.
The three stories beautifully intertwine making the characters and plot seamless. I enjoyed the individual perspectives & environment s that helped shape each characters story.
These three stores were so enjoyable. The stories were paced well and each main character was different in each story. Each setting varied even though they were on the same planet. These things made the stories fun and interesting.
I really enjoy these alternatives and mixups of the classic Christmas stories. Whether with aliens, or intriguing people out of the ordinary, it’s always interesting to see what intelligent writers can come up with!
I absolutely loved it! Another amazing Honey Phillips series!! They were all sweet, spicy, cute Christmas stories with strong heroines, adorable- each in their own way, giant aliens warriors, cute kids and even cuter animal sidekicks! Honey does the found family theme so well and these were packed with found family goodness! Loved them all, can’t wait to read the next one.
