And still, there are times when I feel stagnant, with a sense of foreboding that I may be doing something wrong. This, I think, is what brought me to this book.
Being, as it claims in its blurb, is quite different from other self-help books—not in its essence but rather in its execution, as it focuses more on hands-on experience and relatability factors when it comes to areas of life that may appear to be mundane but are far from it.
The book starts with a questionnaire, which I found quite interesting, and it was something I could connect to and go back to throughout my reading.
