I'm among the people who can't focus on meditation. Never have been able to do it. Then I attended a webinar featuring Sue Belton and learned there's nothing wrong with us if we can't. I bought this book to learn more about why she says this and what can be done about it. There are many other ways one can relax without meditation, I discovered, and learned I'm already doing some of the things Sue covers in the book. The book identifies the causes of not being able to concentrate, what can be done about it, and how to move forward. If you're struggling in these areas, buy this book.
