Moonlight Desires By Marilyn Lee How do you fight your own nature? Vampire/wolf-shifter Acier Gautier has a dual nature. Part vampire and part wolf-shifter, Acier, as Alpha Supreme-in- waiting of Pack Gautier must learn that even he can't always control what destiny has in store for him. While running from the one woman he desires most but knows he cannot have, Acier encounters one of the only beings able to handle his strong sexual passions. The two have nothing in common. But under the spell of the full moon, hidden passions explode and the night comes alive with the sounds of satisfied lust as they engage in a feast of sex, blood, and a struggle for domination, from which only one can emerge victorious. Moonlight Whispers By Marilyn Lee Wolf-shifter hybrid Acier Gautier has a tremendous weight resting on his shoulders. Alpha-in-Waiting, he will be the first non-purebred shifter to lead his pack. There are pressing issues demanding his attention before he can take command of Pack Gautier. Not the least of which is the sensuous, dark beauty Raven Monclaire, whose welfare her father has entrusted to Acier. Instead of protecting her from other men, Acier finds himself wanting her with a passion that will make continuing to deny his vampire blood impossible. His unrelenting hunger for her forces him to consider the possibility that she might be his bloodlust, a vampire's perfect mate. After graduating from college, Raven tracked down the handsome, mysterious Acier for the express purpose of pursuing an intimate relationship with him. Raven is undeterred when he rejects her romantic overtures. She has always known things she shouldn't and she has seen a future with Acier. Or it could be the future she saw with Acier's twin brother, Etienne, who freely admits to the feelings Acier steadfastly denies. As Acier and Raven struggle to come to terms with their consuming passion for each other, Acier's one-time friend, Leon, insists a purebred wolf-shifter should lead Pack Gautier. With the help of a powerful outsider and a vampire fem, Leon challenges Acier for leadership of the pack. For the first time in his life, Acier faces a foe powerful enough to threaten everything dear to him. Desperation drives him to appeal for help to the one person he despites above all, the unknown vampire father who deserted him and Etienne before they were born.

This book is also known as Moonlight Desire for the Kindle.

I was so frustrated by this book. The best bit is the start with Raven being introduced and the end when he returns "home" to Raven.

The middle bit of the story with that random Vampire is total rubbish and pointless. The ending of the story frustrated me. The beginning and end had so much promise and I was enjoying myself reading it. But the middle (most of the book) was from a plot point of view totally random. I mean who dominated who? Did not like the Vamp at all. Very off-putting. Some people said it was hot. Only the bit where Randi featured were hot in my opinion. The bit with the vamp was very sexual, but left me cold like a stone.

Hated it and feel like I wasted about 4 hours of my life. Will not be looking at the rest of the series if they are like that.
