Super insightful book! Enables you to understand why people are different from you, why they behave a certain way and how they perceive things differently. I think everyone should give this a read, as it is helpful not only professionally but in your day-to-day!

Helpful in explaining why people behave as they do. I was hoping for more insight as it relates to dealing with dynamics at work.
