3 to 3.5 stars. why? it's too short.
Very original though, and it could do well with some editing, and expand on some word choices, but for the rest, this is way more fun than you would ever expect.
But for the joy of reading this, it could have used 100 pages or more in text with a little more plot, as there is plenty to tell I'm sure.

Unfortunately, I think there was a lack of “wood” puns that would have been a great addition to the book. This book was fun but man the FMC just sees the random trees turn into dudes and she’s like 🤷‍♀️ let’s bang. Ma’am?? Hello?? I do think I would have liked it more if I read it during the holidays.

It's hilariously bad erotica. Tasha's boyfriend cheats on her "because she's a holiday person". At the start of November. Like anyone is thinking of Christmas already six weeks in advance.

The author clearly hasn't learned how to write and use techniques to announce that more time has gone by. Tasha meets her friend on her lunch break and the conversation is, I don't know, maybe four interactions before she leaves again. When her friend comes over she orders groceries and they arrive five lines later, lol.

I read it because it was free on Amazon and the concept of Christmas trees turning into men sounded amusing, but I hadn't realised it was one girl with three men named, wait for it, Bruce, Forrest and Ash, who have tree flavoured cum. Seriously, I'm ded. The rest is just them having sex for a month and the guys doing chores and then they decide they love each other and want to be together forever so they buy a bed that fits all four of them.

This is my first object shifter romance and bizarrely I'm a fan, its funny and steamy, but...I'll never look at a Christmas tree the same again.
If you want a fast paced laugh out loud short Christmas story, definitely pick this up.

I have read a few of these object shifter spicy novellas and I am most definitely a fan.

This was short,sweet,silly and spicy. I loved the different characters each with their own quirks and "specialties". I will probably have some inappropriate thoughts now when I start trimming the tree this year. My only objection was that I wanted more. More about the curse, and longer spicy scenes. But 100% a fun spicy time.

Shockingly Amazing!

I honestly can't believe I'm saying this but this book is amazing! I only checked it out because it seemed so absurd. I didn't think I was going to be able to let myself believe what was happening but it all worked out. Everything gets explained... You will find out why they are Christmas Trees. Usually I don't like short stories much bc I want more but this was the perfect length for this type of story. I highly recommend trying this!!!

These three guys LOVE to "finish" on Tasha. All. The. Time. All over her not in her. Here's a line from their last sexual moment as an example:
I take aim at her face with Ash, and together, we jerk ourselves off onto her face, covering it entirely with our seed.

Not a bad erotic Christmas fantasy about a girl who loves the Holidays, but undergoes a bad break-up just before the Holidays. When she goes to a Christmas tree lot to pick a tree, she meets three men who were cursed because they were players. They had spent 40 years as Christmas trees. They can only break the curse if they meet the right woman whom they really love and who loves them back. She brings them home and they have a lot of sex while they are trying to break the curse. I found it amusing that the men were actually from the 1980s.

I thought this was gonna be a silly little read (like some of the past books I’ve read) but it was actually kinda bad? The story was clunky and so was the writing.

This should’ve been a book that didn’t take itself seriously but the first 10% at least was just being explained to me rather than showing me.

I normally do enjoy these silly reads and have a laugh when reading but I just didn’t enjoy this one at all.

2 stars only because of creativity lmfao but the pacing and dialogue was sooooooo ughhh cringey and too fast paced where it just feels really choppy. wish we could've gotten a bit more in some parts as well as when they were separated and not just an instant reunion. also, wish we could've gotten some conflict or jealousy or something, needed something a bit more intense or nerve racking to liven it up

I love this book, short Christmas novella. Tasha just found her boyfriend in bed with another. She’s super upset. Take a long week of suffering so she decides to go to the tree farm to get her tree. When she arrives she notices 3 men who shifted. There are curses and magic. I recommend. 2.5 for spice.

So okay before I start🥵🥵... Now let's begin. I rather enjoyed this novella and found it a nice in-between book to read, the pace is good and the spice is great. I don't normally lean towards why choose romances but this one was definitely worth it. I'm worried about this new 'interest' that has been unlocked, but we already know I'm fucked up. I definitely think the author had a lot of potential with this concept to turn it into a full novel, but beggars can't be choosers.

Disclaimer: I only rate novellas as high as 4 stars, as they are short and not a lot to go off. To me a 4 star novella is a 5 star read.
