Being dumped weeks out from Christmas already sucks, so imagine your fiancé replacing your position with his high school sweetheart while you’re snowed in at his family’s estate that’s meant to host your wedding.
Things couldn’t get any worse—so I won’t mention the hot chocolate incident, insensitive demand for the return of my engagement ring, or my luggage being stolen mere feet from my apartment when I can finally fly home—but it’s December, the second most romantic month of the year, so things can only go up, right?
Wrong.
After too many drinks to numb the ache, and an unexpected advertisement for a male esc0rt company, I decide to gift myself a night of plea$ure instead of wading through a handful of duds to find ‘Mr. Do Me Right.’
I’m set for a night of fun until I skip halfway across Ravenshoe before recalling I have no access to the funds needed for my festive night.
Thank goodness good old Saint Nick points me in the right direction.
The mysterious stranger is everything I want to find under my tree Christmas morning. He’s gorgeous, flirty, and single all the way…
So why does it feel like more than Christmas magic will fuel our union when he offers the services I’m seeking for free?
Single All The Way is a standalone Christmas Novella on brand new characters who live in Ravenshoe. Think a cute Christmas read but with plenty of $picy scenes.
Shandi Boyes is a USA Today Bestselling Author who was an avid reader for many years before she discovered the love of writing in February 2016. Her first penned novel 'Perception of Life’ is a new adult rockstar romance that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat until the very last word.
In September 2016, her focus shifted to hot alpha men in steamy contemporary reads that sizzle off the pages. Shandi’s novel ‘Enigma of Life’ is an award-winning story on an FBI agent and the subject she was assigned to investigate. Her men are swoon-worthy, devoted, and alpha; and her heroines are strong-willed, determined, and loveable. You should start her stories first thing in the morning, or you may not sleep.
You will laugh and you will cry, but Shandi's characters will stay with you for a lifetime!

I love writing and reading. They are both my passion. My genre is generally set to new adult and contemporary, with a few twists thrown in.
I don't mean to be a Grinch, but WHAT THE???????? Reading this was like a fever dream. Idk if I needed to be a bottle of Barefoot Rose deep to understand this but the sudden change in direction, random b-plots that went absolutely nowhere, and the strange dialogue had me CONFUSED. At first, I thought she was trying to be tongue-in-cheek with all the weird Christmas-themed sexual innuendos, but then the rest of it was so serious... pick a (candy-cane) lane !!!!!!
Ok and let's talk about the spice: I think I hit my reading limit for the word 'fuckable'. And will I ever recover from the line with my heart thumping as fast as my clit ???? Idk pray for me. And last but not least: fellas, the first time you get down and dirty, do not under ANY circumstances, mention your mom and her nine marriages. Thanks.
PS. This is the second short story with the same title that was an absolute flop for me. Is it a curse?
SINGLE ALL THE WAY certainly does not fit any Christmas romance mold. It was unique, romantic, spicy and entertaining.
I think it was a little too far fetched for me and storyline had some pieces that although bring out the magical spirit, I found it to be extremely far fetched. Still cute, still very enjoyable but I’ve read a lot of great holiday books lately I enjoyed a little more.
I’m on a roll with hitting all the Christmas novellas this week. Shandi Boyes’s “Single All the Way” is 145 pages long. It was relatively slow to start, and some parts were challenging to follow. But there were several funny parts and steamy ones as well. As far as Zane’s job, all the ins and outs of it weren’t entirely clear to me, but I did appreciate how he treated Kelsey. And though it was short, Kelsey eventually did get emotionally stronger.
I received a copy of this book for free and am leaving this review voluntarily.
Single All The Way is a story that hits the Christmas spirit on the head and then bounces off and lands a bit hard. I read a lot of Shandi Boyes books and this one was good but just not quite a full stuffed stocking for me. It had my emotions flying from sadness and some tears to laughing out loud and some more tears.
Chaotic, fever dream of a novella. It had some weird dialogue, even weirder side plots, and the spice wasn't even that good. Don't mention your mother in the same sentence as doing the dirty with a woman, please. Slightly uncomfy. It couldn't decide if it wanted to be funny with all the Santa stuff, or serious with the MMC's job and life lesson I guess.
This book a short cute quick read. Wasn’t exactly my cup of tea. This is also my frist holiday themed romance book so maybe my expectations were too high. Just comparing to her Enigma series it wasn’t the same.
For spice I’d give it a 2/5 🌶️🌶️ Plot 3/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s a dual POV which I do like. I’d classify this as a second chance romance.
This review is still being worked on. I just finished the book, so this is my draft of my initial thoughts. 😜
The MFC is trying to be a strong independent woman. Cleaning out her apartment and giving so much stuff back after her ex cheated yeah hahahaha. She’s kinder than me. If I didn’t want it I’d torch it just to prove a point. Now moving onto this MMC I get his “business” is stupid as all get out. But how he gets ridiculed for always cheering up his mom I think it a little much. I’m on the fence about that.
What kid with a good relationship with their parents would try to cheer up their parent? Not that it’s their responsibility at all what so ever.
As for the holiday themed lingo throughout the book, took me for a spin. I wasn’t a big fan of that. Example: breasts were Christina’s bobbles. 🤨 like what? I gave it a 3/5 because there are some moments in the book that are genuinely funny.
As I said in the beginning, maybe I’m being too hard on the book.
A bit whimsical and strange at times, but fun to read, and sweet. Definitely spicy. But it had plenty of serious moments too, and those were the ones I actually enjoyed the most. They felt more genuine and had more feeling, than the lighthearted ones. My favourite parts? The taxi scene at the end of chapter 9, chapter 10, and chapter 11.
It´s also the first time I see a tree being called ‟she”. Why not, I suppose… some people call their car ‟she” after all. Maybe it just threw me off because in my mother tongue a tree is a ‟he”. My brain had to do a double take.
But I digress… this was a quick, fun read, and it had plenty of spice and a happy ending.

Thoroughly enjoyed this quick spicy Christmas read! I fell in love with Kelsey and Zane immediately. At soon as the story opens we find sweet Kelsey has been through heartache, because of her douche canoe ex-fiance cheating on her with their wedding baker!! With a plan to exact her revenge by screwing him out of her system, she meets the MMC Zane. Whew...the steam these two have is immediate and spicy. Zane's job is a secret until later on in the book and it does cause an issue with Kelsey, thanks to a run-in with the slime ball of an ex-fiance. They have a few run-ins with a VERY helpful Santa, who always seems to pop up when needed. Especially at the end to bring our love birds together...I have to say I will never think of Hot Chocolate and candy canes the same again!! IYKYK 😉
** 3.5 Stars ** Kelsey’s fiancé dumps her right before Christmas. And that is only the first of the bad luck that tumbles down on her. So when she decides to do something nice for herself, one hopes that it will turn out spectacular (despite her luggage being stolen when she arrives at her apartment). A male escort is the perfect plan for an enjoyable time, at least until she realizes she can’t access the funds to pay for his service. But all may not be lost! Will her colliding into Zane’s life end up making Kelsey’s Christmas special? Will a mysterious Santa make sure they seal their fate? And can their sizzling chemistry help the two of them find what they need in each other?
3.5⭐️ i get Kelsey was mad her now ex-fiancée cheated on her but the world doesn’t f*cking care … & at the beginning, her trying to take it out on people who don’t even *know* her by being bitchy that they think she isn’t single is a bit much
i also get she’s heartbroken over a cheating ex-fiancée that didn’t even satisfy her & she was resigned to enduring it so she wouldn’t be single but calling those that believe in “Christmas/Holiday Magic” childish, naive & pathetic is disrespectful… i’m personally not into the whole “holiday magic” but she’s just downright being a hateful b*tch
“Christmas baubles” when referring to boobs 🤦♀️
what kinda saved this book was the help from the stalker magical Santa though 💀

What a fun Christmas story. Kelsey is heart broken and humiliated following her fiancé cheating on her with his previous high school sweetheart.
Zane is home for family time and a break as well as his mother’s next wedding. Plus he has an interesting job. Fate and some christmas magic from Santa brings them together:
A fun, short read, plenty of spice. Great read for over the Christmas period
What do I even say here? BookTok made me try this. It’s a holiday novella, how can you mess it up? Well, clearly you can. Because it was horribly chaotic and didn’t make much sense at all. I didn’t connect to the characters and all this Santa-led-us-here nonsense was just silly. There wasn’t much to like, honestly. I’ve never struggled to finish a novella, but here we are.
3.5 Stars An entertaining Christmas read with a great premise, fantastic characters and an entertaining storyline. The MCs were fantastic and the writing was great, however it felt like a couple of sections were a little rushed. I also would have love another spicy scene towards the end before the last chapter. It just felt like things weren't fully resolved or discussed but maybe that is just me. Otherwise this was a wonderful Christmas story.
This was a cute Christmas book! Kelsey is dumped by Peter a week before the wedding!!!Zane is being chased down by Santa!! They collide with each other and it’s great! I loved this story. Shandi Boyes makes Ravenshoe seems amazing and ready to jump into real life. The zany characters are wonderful and extremely funny. I love the detail given about this place. Loved this for a holiday story’s. I reviewed an advanced copy of this book
I enjoyed the idea of the story but the writing style left something to be desired for me personally. I found myself reading and rereading passages serveral times throughout the entire book just to try and comprehend what was trying to be explained. A lot of phrases and lines were way overused and some of the descriptive terms left something to be desired. The plot itself was good though.
Talk about a run of bad circumstances. A lot was going wrong in Kelsey's life when she decided to treat herself to something she wanted to take her mind off all that had not been good. Zane was a part of that remedy and so it seems was Santa. Santa was trying to help them both by bringing them together. A neat Christmas story with a hopeful message.

This is a quick read novella which is Zane and Kelsey’s story. Kelsey is dumped weeks before her wedding, and Zane is a mysterious stranger, and the chemistry between them is undeniable. This is an enjoyable story which is easy to read, with humor, witty banter, romance, hope, healing, and love, which leads to a fun, and magical page turner. I've read a lot of books written by Shandi Boyes; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.
She has written another good stand-alone book. The story is about Kelsie & Zane; after being dumped before Christmas she decides to hire an escort. He’s the one sent but then finds out she doesn’t even have the funds he goes along with it anyway.

Arriving home her bag, phone and wallet are stolen. She decides that she needs a revenge evening but instead she meets Zane. Where next.

Now, every time I hear Ho Ho Ho, I am going to be looking around. What a cool concept of Santa. Kelsey was dealt a crap hand when it came to her fiance, but boy, did she find a winner with Lane. Fun, hot, and sexy with a sprinkle of magic.

This book started out with a shocking revelation which was surprising to her character but then became a totally different story entirely once everything was said and done. I enjoyed the drama. I enjoyed reading as her turmoil turned into something else. Nicely done.

Such a fun easy novella! Be prepared: it’s very spicy. 🥵
Kelsey and Zane had chemistry from the jump. Their relationship went from “hello, nice to meet you” to “wham bam thank you ma’am” in 2 seconds flat. Spicy, instalust is expected when it’s a novella, but I think this was done really well.
Definitely recommend! The jolly cheer was there. And you get an HEA.
Oh my God I loved this!! It was chaotically beautiful, filled with Christmas magic, hot alternatives of using candy canes, and the hope that love will hit you when you expect it the least. HO HO HO.. I loved it!!
SINGLE ALL THE WAY certainly does not fit any Christmas romance mold. It was unique, romantic, spicy and entertaining. Both Zane and Kelsey were characters I enjoyed reading about.
