Yoga Through Flowing Through Feelings is a manual to teach children about emotions and how yoga and breathing can be utilized to assist us in moving through our emotions in healthy ways. The manual is geared towards therapists and/or yoga teachers who can use the manual to adapt/create SELs or group curriculums. It can also be utilized by parents wanting to explore yoga as a way to assist their children in managing emotions. Larissa Nickson is a therapist and yoga teacher.
