The idea: fabulous. The execution: meh. I am, however, still laughing at “you still up?” when the timestamp said like 19. What are they? 5? Bedtime at 18?
Confusing, muddled, repetitive, unnecessarily drawn out, gave me a headache. The only bright side is it helped with my reading challenge lol.
I mean, some of the pages could have been nice by themselves but it just feels like someone went onto Pinterest, grabbed a bunch of different aesthetic quotes and glued them together. Not in a good way.

I purchased this book but I can't remember how I heard about it. I knew this was going to be a gut-wrencher going in so let's see what I think.
This is a compilation last texts between friends or significant others and even a compilation of texts that were deleted at some point after being sent. There are also snippets of poetry sprinkled throughout that really tugs at the heart-strings.
Ah man, this one killed me inside! I wasn't expecting my heart to be ripped out, stomped on in the street, and left as a grease stain for other people to run over with their vehicles. I wasn't expecting to cry but here we are.
I hope people who have been in situations where they have had to let go of people they love find closure if they do pick up this book. I know I have, which I suppose is part of the point this book raises. I hope it is, anyway.
I'd recommend not picking this book up if you're not in a good mental space. While there are no trigger warnings, and I feel there shouldn't be, I don't want people's mental health to be made worse by the hard place some of these people are in when sending in these text threads.
I hope if you are in a harsh place in life right now that you get the help you need. You deserve it!
This was fun....(the 1 star type of fun) Really random buddy read with Dream, Hanna, Yusra, Blue, Naisa and Memi Also WHY WAS I THE FIRST TO START AND THE LAST TO FINISH
If you are looking for poetry, this is not your book. It's simply a bunch of thoughts (or text messages) for hopeless romantics who have gone through a complicated relationship.
In the end, it feels like a modern-day poem tailored for the new generation of hopeless romantics. Enjoy the book, but don't take everything too seriously. Some parts may uncover deep emotions, so approach it with a lighthearted mindset.
Most of the pages here contains all of my intrusive thoughts that I felt for the past years. Relatable? Yes. Beautifully written? Not so much because majority are rundown sentences which I consider as quotes rather than poetry. Is it a bad book? I like it but not my favorite.
It’s a very short book you can finish in one sitting.
I actually bought this book for my preteen daughter as she requested it for a birthday gift. I ended up reading it just to check it out and absolutely loved it. I definitely can relate to some of the stuff in the book. Would recommend.
